2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder in voller Größe voll möbliert Strandhaus mit einem zusätzlichen Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa Schläfer. Das Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Ich habe einen Bungalow (VRBO # 599428) und Dachboden (VRBO #: 3888095) hinzugefügt, um hinter dem Haus zu mieten, aber immer noch innerhalb des Eigentums durch den neuen Zaun enthalten. Für größere Gruppen wird dies eine gute Wahl sein, da sie beide schlafen 2- 4. Das Haus, Bungalow und Loft schlafen zusammen 14. Sie sind getrennt mit getrennten Ladungen und Sie können die Kalender separat anzuzeigen. (Es gibt ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa und ein Kingsize-Bett im Bungalow & Loft.) Das Haus, Bungalow und Dachboden sind alle mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, 40 'TV .... sie haben alles, was man braucht. Alles im Bungalow und Dachboden sind ganz neu, auch die Badewanne :) und mit einem beachy eklektische Auge dekoriert. Wenn Sie den Bungalow, Dachboden und Haus in einer Reservierung sind stellen wollen .... bitte den Kalender für die Verfügbarkeit. The Beach House, Bungalow und Loft sind mit WLAN-Internetzugang, Kabel-TV, Blue Ray DVD-Player, alle Bettwäsche inklusive Strandtücher und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie sich nach einem Spaziergang am Strand nur einen kurzen Block entfernt und kochen auf dem Grill und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten oder zu Fuß zu einem der wunderbaren Restaurants innerhalb eines Blocks. Great Stay!
I used all 3 units for a bachelorette weekend celebration. The layout was great for 11 of us girls - we were able to spread out, but still had a large common area for all of us to mingle indoors or out. I loved that each unit has it's own washer and dryer - VERY handy! Jacqueline was great and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, cozy, modern, girls weekend
My friends, family, and I had the absolute best time at the Beach House on Coquina. We celebrated my bachelorette party there, and at the two adjoined properties and it was fantastic. The inside was decorated so nicely and very clean. Jacque was there to welcome us shortly after arrival and gave us local tips about the area. There are plenty of beach bars and seaside restaurants within walking distance. It was the perfect relaxing weekend with my girls before the big day!

Great home!
I rented the house, bungalow & loft for my daughters wedding. All 3 places were clean, neat & had everything we needed. Located in a great location. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. Jacqueline & Kathy responded quickly with any questions we had. Would recommend all 3 places.

We stayed in this home along with the bungalo that is on the property and found a very clean and enjoyable place to stay with ample room and a full stocked kitchen (pots, pans, etc.) for us to use along with all the other home amenities. Helpful owner/property management that where very polite.

The place was outstanding and the owners couldn't have been any more accommodating. They ensured that we had the best possible stay while truly providing a home away from home! Walking distance to the beach as well as great restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here!

I came down to St. Pete with 10 friends to play some golf, go to the beach, hit the bars and restaurants, and just relax for a long weekend. This place was a PERFECT home base for our 4 days down in FL. The three properties are breathtakingly nice, and the internet pictures do not do it justice. With the three separate properties, this was ideal for a large group of guys. We all had our own bed or futon, and enough space to spread out and be comfortable. What was even nicer is that it is completely renovated with brand new amenities and appliances, as well as about 3 sets of washers and driers. For a family vacation, or for large groups, it cant be beat.
It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and multiple bars and restaurants are within walking distance- we frequented Post Card Inn beach bar, as well as Jimmy B's at night for live music and cheap drinks. We were so comfortable, we found ourselves going back to the same places each night because they were such a good time.
It was such a fun weekend, and I will stay here again next time we're in the area. It is far and away better than a beach front condo, as you have a TON of space, and you can walk to the beach easily. I really don't know what more to say - the two women that run it also couldn't be nicer and easier to work with. Can't recommend highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much, a few blocks from the beautiful beach, and restaurants. It was really a home away from home. Great vacation at the Beach House on Coquina
A friend and I recently rented this very nice bungalow situated in a quiet neighbourhood for almost three weeks. It was extremely clean and very well furnished. For example, coffee lovers would appreciate the grinder, the bodum, a regular coffee maker and the expresso machine (as mentioned by a previous reviewer). In the fully enclosed backyard there is a pretty flowering tree under which we enjoyed our breakfast on sunny mornings. The high end washer and dryer were put to good use.
A beautiful beach, good restaurants and the local trolley are within a few blocks.
A lovely escape from a cold Canadian winter.

Great location, great property
This place was perfect for our group of 11. We rented the house, bungalow and loft for Christmas, and the group came from all over the country. The units were fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to bicycles, to beach towels and equipment. The location is perfect, close to beaches and great restaurants. Would highly recommend this property for a comfortable Florida getaway.w

We immediately felt like at home. The Cottage is furnished with a lot of love for details, very clean and perfectly maintained. Wonderful beach is nearby (5 minutes walk) and we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Jaqueline and her family who received us very warmly. Any time we would come back and we probably will do....this property is definitely recommended.

Tastefully decorated cottage
Updated casual cottage is suited to comfortably accommodate 4-6 people depending on whether or not apt is included. Apartment and cottage are very tastefully decorated. Surrounding area is transitional with public beach several blocks away. Property is fenced and offers a lot of privacy. Property was not particularly well maintained nor as clean as I would have expected. Outdoor furniture was in disrepair. I would not recommend to a friend or relative.

Nicely decorated beach house
We were very happy with our stay at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, etc...near by. It's a one block walk to the inlet and about another 3 or 4 to the closest public beach. We made good use of the outdoor patio and seating, as well as the bikes. The pictures on the listing were accurate. We really enjoyed being able to walk to some of the restaurants and bars on the beach.

Great Birthday Trip!
The house was perfect for my birthday trip and you cannot beat the price! The house has everything you need from comfy beds, beach towels, bikes, and all kitchen appliances. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, but I recommend going a little farther down the beach to visit the resorts...Sirata, Beachcomber, and Grand Plaza hotel all had great pools, bars and food. The owner of the house is very responsive and communicates everything you need to know. I would definitely stay at this house again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect retreat!
We stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The house has pretty much everything you'd need...even beach chairs and toys for the beach! I highly recommend staying here :)

The most relaxing vacation we've had!
This home was the cornerstone to one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating vacations my family has ever had. Our 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter played, laughed, and frolicked in the sand and surf while resting peacefully in this spacious beach cottage!!! The house was immaculate and everything you need was there...we will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you so much for the great memories!!!

Beautiful House!!!
This house was so Beautiful and wonderfully decorated. My friends and myself all loved the place! Plus it was in a great location within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future!! Plus all the neighbors around were very friendly and we were able to meet a lot of people during our stay. It was GREAT!
