Great location and wonderful view of the valley, about 15m from EVL and Holiday Valley. Plenty of room for families to share.

Very nice house in close proximity to Holiday Valley. We really enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful view, comfortable furniture. Our only suggestion would be a bigger bed in 1-2 of the rooms (or twin size beds). But the listing is accurate and we were not dissapointed and had a wonderful weekend! Thank you for sharing your house. We hope to be back again!

Super convenient for Holiday Valley area, yet far enough away that you can have privacy. Plenty of room for a few small families.

Our family had a great time at the house. The views are amazing and the house is stocked with everything you need. We didn't have very good WIFI, but it forced us to unplug!

We rented the house for our annual girls trip, was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed, easy access, all amenities we needed, it fit us all (9) perfectly!

We rented this beautiful chalet to gather with with family for my dads 70th bday. While we were there my husband and I celebrated 9 years of marriage. It was absolutely perfect. So many games for the kids to stay entertained and such a great view. It did rain our entire stay however we all had so much to do there. Very stocked as well with everything you need. I do wish their wasn't As many spiders lol but that's the country life I guess. Wonderful wonderful rental. We will definitely book again!

It was a very nice property with lots of space for people to explore and sleep. The deck overlooks the hills and was the most popular spot to be.

Absolutely fantastic stay, had all age ranges and they all very much enjoyed the property and the town of Ellicottville. We had plenty of space and everything we needed right there. The kitchen had enough of everything so our large group could eat in instead of having to dine out. Our most favorite memory well be sitting outside drinking coffee every morning and just relaxing with the view!! The location was easy to get to and was very quiet and peaceful.

Loved that we had no neighbors close by. It was spacious and beautiful.

We rented for a ski race at Holiday Valley. The property is close to both the hill, and town. Beautiful space

We traveled to Holiday Valley for a ski weekend and had a lovely time at this house! We were 2 families (4 adults + 6 children) and there was plenty of space for everyone (had to use the pullout couch in the downstairs living area). Plenty for the kids to do when we weren't skiing....sledding and exploring outside, multiple video game systems in the basement, board games, and hide and seek amongst the 3 levels! There's ample seating in both living and eating area with a large kitchen for prep that is open to the living area and fireplace. Nice to have a separate cozy area for the kids to hang in the basement while us adults enjoyed some quiet time catching up on the main level. Just a 10 minute drive to Holiday Valley ski hill. One tip: if you need firewood, make sure to bring or call in advance. We called the contact given to us once we arrived and never received a call back. This is overall a beautiful home that is well cared-for, well-equipped and fulfilled all our needs. Great weekend! Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay at this beautiful ski house. It a spacious house with beautiful views & within 10 minutes of the slopes, nice shops & really good restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as listed, no issues with communication, would stay again.

This property had may maintenance issues that should be looked at. It is advertised as having A/C, which it does, but not the entire house, lower level which has 3 of the 4 bedrooms are not, it was very hot and humid when we were there. Fans were in each bedroom, but too hot for that to help much. There is lot of things of do in the area, shopping, hiking and places to eat. The property is centrally located to all of that. You are far enough from town that star gazing is amazing .

Nice place, well taken care of, owners were very responsive. Being out of town was nice for star gazing and hanging around the fire at night. We would highly recommend.

This place truly was incredible, we had an awesome time. As described, and it looked even better in person. Perfect spot, I hope to return for another visit in the future

Beautiful scenery in a quiet location! Accommodated our group of 9 easily with space for everyone. Multiple levels allowed for different family members to enjoy separate activities without disturbing others. The owner was very responsive to questions/concerns. Ellicotsville is a quaint town with plenty of food and shopping options. We even found vegan options (check out Balloons) there and in nearby Olean.

Place was great and clean! The owners were every responsive when we had some questions. For e.g. when we informed them the slider is lose they were responsive in text. The only thing is you have to bring yoir toiletries which I understand with covid but was a bit of a surprise. The views are amazing! Secluded yet close to the town! A lot of space for family to hang out inDoors. I would definitely go there again with my family ! We had a great stay! Thanks Nehal Mehta

We enjoyed the views, perfect great room, fireplace and the proximity to downtown Ellicottville.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It met all out expectations when we picked it out and found the property to be as described and very nice to stay in. Communication with owners was excellent. We had a few questions and they answered quickly and promptly. View is very nice and the drive into town relatively short. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties around Ellicottville over the past 3 years. We have enjoyed them all. We have stayed in town, way out of town, and in the middle which is what I would categorize this house as. It's close enough (provided you learn the Rt 71/Sugertown Rd back road) to town for quick trips while enjoying more privacy being out of town. One nice feature of this house over many other houses/townhouses we have stayed at in this hilly region is that you can enter the downstairs bedrooms through sliding glass door and unload/load your car and drop stuff of inside, and your other family/friends can then pick them up while inside and take them upstairs using the inside stairs and you don't need to take the outside stairs (which in the spring/summer/fall is likely no problem, but in the winter right after 8" of Snow can be a bit more challenging). This made for quick and convienent unpacking. Plus, 3 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs so few suitcases have to go upstairs. Just one bedroom is upstairs. It's nice for the majority of the luggage delivery to be at the same level as the car. Other properties (Especially condo's near the ski resorts) I have had to do 20-30 steps from parking to the front door, and then go up to bedrooms or down to bedrooms. Minor issue once your are settled in, but for me, who does the lugging for the family, I appreciated it and put it in the pro column.

A group of 8 friends gathered for a getaway weekend. Property is exactly as the photos show. We cooked steaks on the grill and enjoyed fires on the inside and out. We had a blast playing cornhole in the snow. We had no issues with TV or WIFI connection. Looking forward to returning again.

We recently stayed at this property and fully enjoyed it. The house was in great shape, very clean, and very well appointed. The location was perfect for us, just a 6 minute drive to Holiday Valley. We loved all of the windows and the view was incredible. Looking forward to booking again!

Had a great time we cleaned the house very very well stripped all the bedding off of the bed’s placed down by washer I smoked out side and not happy about being charged extra only thing don’t burn your cigarette butts in the fire

We loved staying at this home. It was well-located close to downtown Ellicottville and the ski hills. We also loved the big property they had which gave us a chance to go for a walk in the snow. There were tools to clean the steps but I would say just to watch out since the ice can cover them! We also appreciated the warm real-wood fireplace!

My family and I have rented several cabins during this year of Covid. Truly in cleanliness, amenities and ameniable hosts this cabin and rental experience is by far superior. 5 Stars! You won't regret this choice.
