Slightly leaked shower

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The pool and dining area setup. Dining should not occupy pool side. When the floor is wet its dangerous for those are having breakfast and pool is left with no free dry area.

Nice location. Hotel has dedicated parking area with lift directly to lobby and room floor. Triple room size is quite spacious. Choose the rate with breakfast, it’s worth the price difference! Breakfast has wide range of food options and tastes good :) Very friendly staff from security at the basement, bellman, reception.

best stay I ever had so far, the best hospitality, we were late checkout since our flight is at 16.00 and the hotel staff is very kind to accommodate us. one day we don't go down for breakfast and the hotel staff call us just to remind that we haven't had our breakfast. will definitely recommend Aston solo to my friends!

Location close to Batik Keris. Triple room which is very suitable for my family, kids age 10 and 6 years old :) Bed is king size, swimming pool is there. Room is spacious amd clean

The shower. It’s broken.

The customer service was really nice, they even offer a free transfer from the hotel to the airport. The room was generally very good, but ... (See what i didn't like)

I found a big spider in the bathroom. The housekeeping handled it indeed right after i reported it, but i believe it could've been prevented.

Location is good. It's on the main street. Staff were quite helpful with our needs.

I stayed in the deluxe room. The bathroom was smelly and the water pressure from the rain shower was very small. You could hardly take a shower with it. I ask them to change my room. Luckily they have another room to give me, which is way better. However the curtain couldn't close properly. The light on the luggage place also has no switch to turn off. A lot of things seems worn already and need to be changed

The rooms were clean and spacious; everything worked properly and as advertised. Breakfast spread was adequate and the taste was not bad.

The location was quite far from the center; and there were not many restaurants, food stalls, mini market or other service faciluties (gas, laundry, car wash, etc) within easy 5-15 minute walking distance. Pretty much we had to drive everywhere. Swimming pool was very small. Plenty of space for small children to play but hardly any space for adults to do lapa.
