Great rooftop pool, good size and clean rooms, rig it next to metro station, great breakfast selection, friendly staff.
Slow service at rooftop/pool bar, had to wait for lifts in the morning for a long time and no stairs.

The breakfast buffet is great and has plenty of variety. The rooftop pool is lovely, with great views and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Use of the spa facilities is not included in the price, but access to the spa is affordable (€13pp for use of indoor pool, steam room & sauna). The staff in this hotel are so friendly - a special mention for Annabella who was so helpful!
I can’t fault this hotel. It was the perfect choice for me and my friend’s city break to Lisbon.

Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten super bequem & das Badezimmer sehr gross mit einer tollen Dusche.
Hotel direkt neben der Metrostation.
Werden gerne wieder kommen.
Dem Barmann hat es gar nicht gepasst, dass wir die Drinks in der Lobie, auf den bequemen Sofas zu uns nehmen wollten, anstelle an den Bartischen und wir mussten fast 45 Min. warten bis er wiederwillig eine Bestellung aufnahm.
Das wäre doch Kundenbetreuung...
Schade kann man die Nachttischlampe nicht einzeln steuern.

The location was good (lime bikes, and public transport right next to the hotel). 10min drive to the airport. The gym and pool were good. I didn't use the sauna or steam room so can't provide feedback on that.
Overall, it was a nice stay.
It's not so much a dislike but considering this is a 4 star hotel and the price paid, I was expecting a bit more "luxury". I think that it's mainly down to the decoration of the hotel as opposed to the services and facilities offered, which were good.

Lage dês Hotels Nähe von Metro und Bus an Hauptstraße. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut.
Zimmer zur Straße waren trotz geschlossenen Fenster laut. Restaurant war kalt, somit Essen auch schnell.

Everything, it was clean, the room was big enough to have our wheelchair in perfect size. Staff where very accommodating too, great experience in a lovely city/ country

Breakfast was not included. Once we got into our room, it was clean and modern and air conditioned. Beds were very comfortable. Bath facilities were nice but the amenities were scarce.
Arrived at 9:30am from an overnight flight. Could not check into our room until 3:00pm. Sat in the non-air conditioned lobby, hot and sweaty for hours waiting.

Beautiful, modern hotel with wonderful staff. Our room was very quiet, away from main avenue. The room and bathroom were quite large. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods.
It was a little away from center but took the metro.

The rooftop pool and bar were amazing, but the wind was consistently so strong, that we would leave because of it.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The clean room was so spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, and wonderful, helpful, happy staff.
It takes some time for the air conditioner to cool the rooms but it wasn’t too bad.

The staff at breakfast and at reception were helpful and charming. The roof terrace and pool are excellent and a really good size so never felt overcrowded. Location excellent - nearest metro is one minute walk
Our only complaint is that the lifts are very slow maybe there are not enough. the staircase was well hidden and seemed to be marked for emergency use but it was fine to use when we asked. if the staircase was highlighted then more people on the lower floors would use it and reduce congestion at the lifts.

Very generous breakfast buffet. The rooftop pool was an excellent place to start the day with some sunrise yoga and some laps in the pool.
The elevators seemed to be randomly stopping on every floor. We weren't sure if it was the elevators or kids pushing every button.

There’s always room for improvement. The rooftop pool could be warmer for my taste. The food was a bit pricey although it was tasty. Just some thoughts.

The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast offered everything plus more, and the roof top pool and spa pool was also great. Overall I would recommend it.
It is about 5 minutes from 2 Metros and very very close to the airport and Pink Street etc.
The indoor pool was a little cold and the rooftop was very cold
Finding room service number was a little difficult - 4888 in case anyone has issues
