Location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a bit too soft. The staff are very kind.

The bathtub is too big and some water accumulates in the bathtub. It takes a long time to fill the bathtub. Room is a bit small. The TV has no HDMI input. Insufficient parking spaces, need to arrive early to get close parking.

I made a wish to have some romantic decorations in the room and they nailed it! really appreciate this

Bath, location, complimentary tea/coffee, and professional receptionists

1.The rooms are not sound proofing. You hear people walking pass and/or talking in the hallway all the time. Rather disappointing. 2. Nonsmoker here. It would have been great if there had been a designated outdoor smoking area for smoking guests away from the entrance. A number of the guests smoked right in front of the entrance to the hotel. It was unpleasant for a nonsmoker to have to smell the smoke whenever he/she entered the hotel.

Rooms come with a private bath tub/pool. And theres also a public bath house for the guests.

Bathroom too small and the room's shower pressure wasn't strong enough.

Very good breakfast. A good variety was provided and the breakfast was available for four hours.

The breakfast was very impressive with lots of choices. In fact, it was much more than I imagined it would be. The location of the hotel was perfect. The hot springs spa was very relaxing.

My Japanese-style room was very tiny. It designed for sleeping, watching TV in bed, and enjoying the hot tub.

1. Nice location. Located near the train station and also the bus station. 2. Hot spring bath in every room.

Relative small room. The hot spring bath in the room makes the room full of steam，misty, and relatively damp after bath.

The big bath tub (public) is really good to spend time to relax. The breakfast is really good. There are coffee, tea, and snacks in all day( till 10 pm or 11pm). It’s really cool and friendly for the tourists to hang out there.

Although the room is quite small (in 2 double beds room), we still have a good time there.
