Absolutamente todo! Una maravilla de lugar…. Un paraíso!

It is beautiful property with a lovely pool on the beach and a great casual restaurant “Breezes” where we ate most of lunches. The concierge arranged a wonderful snorkeling trip for us which was a highlight. We took a morning yoga class on the lawn which was a great way to start our day.

My biggest complaint is it didn’t feel very Bali like. We could have been at a lovely hotel anywhere in the world. It would have been nice if there had been some evening dance or puppet shows.

The room was magnificent, the buffet breakfast fabulouse. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful.

For the price of the hotel, both myself and my partner found the food in the restaurants to be bland and over prised for what they delivered. Just because the hotel is beautiful does not mean you should be overcharging for very average food. We found ourselves venturing outside the hotel to find tastier and much better value for money dinner options than the hotel could provide. The staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive – too attentive in fact. They were constantly in your face, asking if there was something more we needed. Interrupting us mid conversation, asking us too many questions when we clearly wanted to just enjoy the view or the meal and clearing a finished plate while my partner was still eating. We love good service, but the staff need to be trained on being available when needed, not a constant visual and verbal interuption. We also found it very upsetting to witness workers having to clear sea grass from the waters edge in front of the hotel everyday for the whole day in the hot sun while guests lay on a few feet away being served cold drinks under the shade of beach umbrellas. What is the point? Sea grass is natural, if the hotel wants a clan beach front for guests maybe they should focus this attention on clearing the plastic away instead. We found this very unpleasant to witness everyday and very sad. What a disgrace and complete wrongful way to treat the local workforce.

The process of check in & out are quite smoothly. Especially staff Sharon gave us great help . She is very efficient and helpful and makes me a very good impression on Ritz .

Only one swimming pool . Less choice.

Garçons são bem perdidos, por vezes pedem para cancelar oq assinou e refazer a conta certa, por vezes esquecem do que vc pediu (exemplo frango na cessar salad), por vezes não acham seu nome no sistema sendo que colocamos claramente o nome com letras claras.

The atmosphere is great. All the restaurants serve delicious food and the staff is very friendly. Hendra from Senses Restaurant helped us a lot to get to know the area, local attractions and Balinese traditions. He was very friendly and helpful.

There is not that much to do around the hotel, you need to travel by taxi to reach to the attractions.
