we were moved to another flat in a different location the day before we arrived. they didn’t want to upset their corporate clients which I understand but have upset 3 couples who booked in January!

Very well stocked. Had all you need for a comfortable stay.

It was slightly smaller than expected but was ok for two people.

FRANKLIN COURT ( back of Franklin house) Spotless newly built property with all the facilities you need including dish washer/ washing machine and a fan. Private and secure parking and camera to see entrance door. Nice touch including milk, orange juice, Pringles, Cadbury cookies, coffee machine with plenty of pods, teas, herbal teas, decaf coffee and sugar. All washing up liquid, sponge, dish washer tablets and washing machine tablets provided too. Bed and bedding extra my comfy and nice sofa and furniture. We particularly liked the fact that all the floors were tiled so extremely cleaned and allergen free. Good shower and all bathroom newly furnished.

Would be good to provide sweeteners and maybe hot chocolate.

The property was bright and clean throughout and very comfortable and quiet. The hosts provided, milk, bread and, Pringles, bottled water and fancy biscuits. The cooking facilities were great and there was off road parking

Modern, clean, spacious, private, not too far from the centre. Ample parking. Nice little extra touches of coffee machine, bread, milk, cereal, cookies etc.

For Check in, a person came to open us the door and explain us everything

There were ants in the kitchen counter. Not enough toiletries for the 4 days.
