I love that it is in the middle of the town, the room have WiFi, really good hot water and water pressure. The most special thing is that, I feel like I am staying at my own private beach bungalow. the place is literally on the beach, sand and the ocean is just right outside of your door.

Could have add more lighting and signage. it was a little difficult to find the place at night.

This place went beyond my expectations. I originally booked for two and stayed five nights due to the location and Putu's friendly and warm hospitality. This is a slice of Balinese paradise that I will be returning to time and time again :)

Villa has everything is needed for comfortable stay and living surrounded by locals. Accommodation is right on the shore where you can see fishermen leave and come back from the sea, kids play, dogs and chickens walk around. Perfect place to see a real life. Villa is clean, has comfortable bed, hot water, fridge, Internet (even though not strong enough for video calls, but I was able to work and use it for personal purpose with no issue), air-conditioning and filtered water is available. It is located just few steps away from the main street where you can find shops, restaurants, grocery store, diving centers, tourists' information stands etc. Last but not least, Putu is a great person and host. He can take you to a day tours, drive from A to B or help to organise other activities. He made my life easier when came to pick me up from Bedugul to Amed.

This was the perfect retreat, we loved being on the beach watching life pass by, the bed was comfortable and water provided, basic but everything you need, good location, good WiFi an enjoyable stay. amazing value for money. Putu is a great host very friendly and helpful. we will be back I hope

The location, straight at the beach! Jumping in the sea when you wake up, watch the "world" pass by from your veranda: locals, chickens, dogs. The People around are very friendly, the snorkeling is great if you walk to warung Bo Bo at the right, you can snorkle from there all the way to Jemeluk. You see really nice and many different kind of fish.

The bathroom can do with a little renovation but didn't bother us to much for the 4 nights we stayed.

Right at the beach. Sure, not a five star place - but sooo good value for money. For everyone looking for a unique place rather than standard.

The location is perfect! Right on the water with parking close by, as well as laundry, tour booking and convenience store right at the end of the path. The owner is super friendly and helpful, sending us a message with everything we needed to know and places to see. We wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. Would definitely go back if we make it back to Amed!

The bungalow is right on the beach!!! It cannot be better. In the night, it's very quiet, you can watch the stars from the front porch, and even during the day, there are very little number of people walking on the beach in the distance. Very private and relaxing. A few minute walk to the best eatery in Amed - Warung Enak! Putu is very nice guy too, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again :)

The location is hard to beat. So amazing. Lovely sunrise and sunset views from the beach. Only two rooms, so you have lots of privacy, while you can observe the life of the locals living next to us. The accommodation is basic, but you get all you really need. Loved bathroom. The host was really nice and visited us a few times to verify if we were fine. He also arranged transfers for us.

We had rented 2 rooms, one had a kettle, the other didn't. It wasn't a problem for us, as we were a group. Overall, some renovations could be made (door locks,...), but we felt really good, safe, and comfortable.

waking up in front of the sea… amazing. it was quiet and peaceful at night. this place had everything I needed, great a/c even a little fridge and a patio, the owner was very friendly too. there was no hot water but I am told it’s now fixed, actually it was ok as the weather was so hot. would stay again for sure.

Great location, right on the beach. Quiet and basic, but clean. Nice "outdoor" shower. Filtered water (cold and hot) provided. Close proximity to supermarket and restaurants. There's a tour and scooter rental agency right at the head of the alley. Putu, the owner, took really good care of me - we had some good conversations and even Bahasa Indonesia language lessons! He also offers airport transfers to and from Amed. Would stay here again when in Amed!

Putu is so kind. I enjoyed speaking with him when we arrived. Very comfortable to talk with. The location is amazing as well as the property! I could stay and live there 😍

We didn't have hot water. The location is on the sand so you have to drag or carry your luggage through the sand passed to lots.

-beach just metres away from the room. super clear water amazing for swimming -sunrise was beautiful watching from bed -bed was comfortable, super clean room has everything you need -host is very welcoming -view of agung from the room is stunning - 10/10 stay- excellent place to stay to chill out in ahmed with the beach on your doorstep

-boats can be loud early in the morning, no fault of the property tho but the beach can get busy

Terrific choice in Amed! Comfortable bed, awesome open-air bamboo shower with great water pressure, safe area directly in the beach and super close to a few great restaurants, Wayan who is almost always there takes great care of you and cooks a great if simple breakfast. Super value for money, look no further for a personalized beach stay in Amed!

Internet was poor, but improvements could be coming on that front...
