Great Location and comfortable. Original room was not made up when we arrived at 5.00pm, room upgraded with no concerns from the staff. Top service. Parking easily sorted very close by for a charge.

Very beautiful hotel, breakfast was exceptional and the room is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly!

Everything was great

The hotel is in prime location for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable with a comfy robe to relax in and real mugs to sip your coffee from. The front desk staff were amazing and assisted in locating a restaurant for dinner as unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed. There's also a lovely courtyard just outside the hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Suite very tired, not up to par for the price, needs an update. Lighting not fit for purpose, sitting area very gloomy and furniture has seen better days. Housekeeping not as good as it should have been, stained carpet and missing basic facilities, especially in the bathroom, face cloths, slippers, shelf for personal toiletries etc. Beds super comfortable but bed linen annoying, too small fitted sheet which is unusual for a hotel. Breakfast very basic, and apart from boiled eggs no hot food, plus having to ask every time for another coffee is ridiculous, especially for the price.

A great hotel, very cozy, clean and comfortable. the staff are attentive and kind.

The staff were friendly and helpful, it was in a good location for walking into town and getting to from the train station, the bed was comfortable

The toilet door was a sliding door so left a gap you could look through, wouldn't have been too much of a problem if the toilet was in the bathroom but it was in the dressing area. The bathroom itself was ok but not well lit, the shower cubicle itself had no light. The room itself was a bit run down and felt very cramped.
