The efficiency apartment is relatively small, but comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook something on the stovetop. The WiFi is good. The apartment is quiet when the windows are closed. The location is good.

For the price, the apartment is fine for a couple of nights stay.

A Little dirty on the floor

The location is excellent very close t the city centre and the rugby stadium, which is why we went to Bayona for. Despite being in a party zone you cannot hear anything inside the room so you get a very good sleep regardless of the noise there might be during the weekends.

Floor was not clean. Loads of mosquitoes due to the recycling bins being located outside in front of the appartments. Not very well equipped. Very basic. Not even a welcoming tea/coffee facilities. Tv very small.

The apartment itself (duplex standard room) was decent, and the reception staff was very helpful. The location is very central and close to the river and the Basque Museum.

The noise at night was intolerable. Drunken people noise from the bars downstairs until 2am, and then the bar staff dispose of the glass bottles at the bins right outside the hotel so in the middle of the night all you can hear is glass clanging noise. Just when you think it is over, at around 5am the rubbish truck would come and pick up all the rubbish so basically you will not have any peaceful sleep. We went in the summer and the bins outside the hotel were also quite smelly, and the building has no AC, so we had to open the windows to the noise/smell. Perhaps it would be a different experience in the cooler months.

the apartment is in a very good location closed to many restaurants. Very modern and comfortable. The kitchen is very small but convenient if one does not want to go out to eat every day.

The apartment had a vis a vis and it is either a dark room with curtain close or no privacy as neighbours can overlook. A 200euro deposit was requested , i guess in case of some deterioration. It seems a message was sent a day before. This should be mentioned upon booking and not after.

Spacious room and ideal location, the facilities are interesting and the place is really clean. It remains quite expensive, but it's in centre town so it's worth it!

It's full of light since there are a lot of windows but the system, as you'll see, is not very convenient (two layers of windows: it makes it difficult!). Apart from that it's fine and quite comfortable!

Nothing, no key, no room.

No key in safe and the safe was already unlocked. Without the key I couldn't get into the room. I called the emergency number provided and left a message but no call back. I had to walk back to the train station and find another room. I have not gotten a refund.

The heater was not working properly and the TV remote control was broken.

This apartment was spacious and convenient, and a good central location.

The bathroom smelt dank when I arrived, and I noticed some paint peeling and some mould on the ceiling. Also, they advised me via booking.com messages that I could leave my bag at the open hours of reception, but the reception was at another property 10 mins walk away - not a huge deal but frustrating when on a scheduled timeline.

It is very noisy. The double layer glass windows are not really enough to stop the noise from the bars outside and the trash vans very early in the morning.

Extremely noisy overnight . Partly people outside but mainly the rubbish collection. There were 4 recycling bins below the window in the street which were emptied in the early hours .

I liked it all but there could be felt tips put under chairs as they made such a noise on hard floor. Not sure if people in flat below would hear the scraping noise. Print on wall was of California would have been better to be one of basque scene!

Staff was nice and location was good. Room was clean. They provided new dish sponge.

Sink was completely clogged and soap dispenser broken when we arrived at night. Staff fixed it on the middle of the next day.
