I loved the location of the accommodation, it was 10 minutes or less by foot from the beach. Less than five minutes on foot from the main shopping street Avenida Mesa y Lopez. I liked the quietness of the room and the area. It was near a local Spar if you are to eat cheaply and an alimentacion also nearby. Very clean!

The only thing I didn´t like was I didn´t see much staff members around the building to ask questions.

Beautiful B&B located in a city center, but the area is nicely quiet during the night. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Julio, who works there was very nice, and gave me recommendations about the area and about the parking. Highly recommend this place.

A sign in the toilet telling me to clean the toilet more often as the cleaner comes every 2 days because of covid. If covid was an issue i would expect more professional cleaning. Also no receptionist or breakfast due to covid. Not like a regular hostel, looks as a cheap hotel

Good location, very clean and big room.

Communication could be improved: i was waiting for the breakfast in the hotel, since it was written on the poster in the room. I also expected there is a free parking available due to message from the hotel. Parking costs extra however.

Parking in the area is challenging; when you have a room along the street side it might be noisy : when someone is talking, cars driving by....

Pleasant hostel with walking access to Las Canteras and Santa Catalina. So many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby.Roof top terrace and kitchen work very well. Varied room options. Laundry possible. Expectation of quiet after 10pm. Solid hostel option with rooms not dorms.It is a good value option for work or longer stays so not a usual tourist mix common in some settings.

Just the perfect hide away in Las Palmas!

Cheap for what you get, quiet, very helpful lady in stuff, nice terrace. Best choise if you want something cheap but quality in Las Palmas.
