Es tracta d’un 3er pis amb una escala molt irregular i feixuga per l’alçada dels graons. Sensació d’un 5è pis!! I això cal avisar i informar. No apta per famílies amb nens petits, gent gran o amb algun problema locomotor. Una de les habitacions no te finestra ni ventilació.

It was fresh, clean and convenient with modern bathrooms with fantastic showers

Was the entranceway with no names to actually locate we were in the right place… which was a bit worrying at late check in !

The apartment was light and airy and well equipped for city living. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the old town and all of the main sites. The apartment itself faces the rear of the property and is very quiet. The kitchen is basic, but with toaster, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer gives you plenty to be self sufficient if you choose to be. Check in details were clear and easy to use through the website. You will get them on the day so you need to make sure you have internet connection.

Location on site is not actual address of apartment. Pictures are definitely not accurate. The apartment smelt musty and was so noisy at night! After being out all day the last thing you want yo hear is people yelling and vomiting down stairs!. What we thought we booked we definitely didn't get! Extremely disappointed in apartment..Location..and staff contact person.

It felt like a prison, we were two couples and one couple had to draw the short straw by staying in a very cramped, hot room with little ventilation or air conditioning. The property was also not in the location shown on the map.

The apartment is spacious and nice and clean, the check in was only rather late possible but easy.

Be aware that when you book an apartment you check where it is located. We thought it is located in the heart of the city, where when you type in Fragola Apartments. But only in your booking confirmation there is the right address shown. We were lucky that it was a nice place and not too far away. For three nights we only got two (one small one larger) towel each and no kitchen towels and no hand wash towels in the bathroom.

The property was fantastic, lovely and clean, big bed and sauna and bath. Great location just 5 mins walk from main square.

The location was amazing, it was clean and a very nice apartment to stay in!

Ubicacion a pocos minutos de plaza. En una zona tranquila, cerca de todo. Edificio muy tranquilo y silencioso. Apartamento reformado hace poco. Es tal como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor. Cama muy cómoda, con sábanas nuevas y limpias, baño amplio y con calefacción por suelo radiante, se agradece mucho en invierno. La zona de cocina con una vitro, microondas, nevera, hervidor de agua e incluso tostadora,vasos, platos, sarten y otros utensilios basicos. Hay también tarros con sal, azúcar cafe y té. Personal muy amable y atento, tuvimos un problema con la cerradura electrónica de la puerta y lo resolvieron enseguida. Además nos dejaron entrar en el apartamento antes de tiempo, tan pronto cuando llegamos a la ciudad . Sin duda si volvemos a Cracovia repetiremos! Muy recomendable.

La literie trop molle a notre gout Pas de chaines TV françaises mais elles sont en smart TV donc possibilité de se connecter sur des applications Manque un rideau de douche pour la baignoire afin d éviter de mettre de l eau partout

Absolutely fab location right in the heart of Krakow

The access, there was no mention of all the steps and access leading to the apartment. it wasn't the easiest to find with the taxi not being able to drive down the street.

Only thing I didn’t like - we stayed Mon to Fri and there were no fresh towels or any changes of bed linen the whole time of our stay - we are used to having beds changed and fresh towels when on holiday even when staying apartments. This was a bit disappointing.

Before arrival in Krakow, we had asked for the code to enter the apartment as we might not have access to the internet. To our pleasant surprise, not only was the response positive, it was very prompt! When the apartment's internet and hot water system were interrupted, we called them and again, the management's response was prompt.

It would help if there had been some laundry detergent available. We needed to do a load on arrival but had to find detergent in a mall nearby.

Very nice apartment right in the centre of town. Great facilities and cool décor. Amazing value for money and would be my first choice when I go back to Krakow

Only suggestion would be to get a smart TV to allow international guest to access YouTube/ Netflix Etc. A full size iron board would be good.

Ideally located and very well equipped with everything you would need. Bedding and towels were pristine, very comfortable and clean apartment.

The entrance to the apartment was a bit run down, having to walk through a passageway, the gates and a courtyard. However, I would imagine that most apartments in this location would be the same. It's an old historic town and as such, buildings will be aged. Very minor issue.

Once we finally got there it was clean and well specified.

***it is nowhere near the main square*** We chose an apartment based on its location and paid a lot of money extra to be near the main square. We got our keys from their office which is near the main square, then had to walk 1km out of town with all our luggage in 26 degrees heat. To a horribly run down street 15 mins walk from the old town centre. Not happy at all.

את המקום בחרתי דרך המפה. המיקום היה במרכז העיר העתיקה. גם באישור ההזמנה צוינה. כתובת במרכז העיר העתיקה. באותיות הקטנות בתחתית ההזמנה צוין שהדירה בכתובת אחרת מחוץ לעיר העתיקה. לא שמתי לב לזה. רק בצ'ק אין שהתבצע באותו ביום טחרי 2100 הבחנתי שנשלחנו לכתובת אחרת. זוהי אני עובד בענף התיירות .זוהי הטעייה ברורה של הלקוח ושווק לא הוגן. .ניסיתי לדבר עם הצוות. קיבלתי יחס?קר ולא מתחשב?בכלל. אין ספק שזה פגם בחוויה שלנו מהעיר המדהימה הזו.

Property was so clean and tidy, easy to find from the old town and such a little gem find for a stay. Highly affordable and only 10 minutes walking from the old town, super easy to get to everything from here

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, jeśli chodzi o adres, w centrum, wszędzie blisko (sklepy i restauracje tuż obok rynek i komunikacja miejska), a w sumie dość cicho i spokojnie. Apartament nowy bardzo dobrze wyposażony ( z drobnymi wyjątkami). Bardzo wygodne łóżka, super czysto. Plus za kosmetyki, super ręczniki i suszarkę. Są pojemne szafy, duży wybór kanałów TV i platform filmowych. Duży, przestronny, są dwie łazienki , które też są spore. Plus za kosmetyki. Łatwe zameldowaniem kodem, super opisana instrukcja zameldowania.

Usytuowanie apartamentu jest kiepskie. Na dole popularna restauracja, często ludzie wchodzą wychodzą , stoją na korytarzu, palą papierosy przed wejściem, więc słychać ich dość mocno. Niestety apartament ma kiepskie wyciszenie. Szczególnie drzwi wychodzące na korytarz, zupełnie nie izolowane, każda rozmowa na korytarzu to właściwie ma się wrażenie, że jest jakby w apartamencie-szczególnie przeszkadza nocą. Ogrzewanie natomiast to już prawdziwa katastrofa. Stara niezmodernizowana klimatyzacja , która jest ogrzewaniem. Potwornie szumi, trudno spać w takim hałasie, a w jednym pokoju można powiedzieć, że właściwie działa na 20 %. Brak papierowego ręcznika , nie ma nic na co można położyć umyte naczynia, żadnej suszarki. Brak deski do krojenia. To oczywiście nie wina właściciela, ale warto wspomnieć by było, że jest to strefa ograniczonego ruchu, więc trzeba zaparkować samochód kilka ulic dalej i dojść. Uczciwie o tym by było napisać w opisie. Okno wychodzi na inne okna, więc raczej ciemno, ale to taka specyfika mieszkań w centrum Krakowa.

Location and the layout of the flat. It was comfortable and very warm.

The lighting of the main room was terrible. Side lamps in one of the bedrooms would be a bonus and would enable the guest to read before the bedtime. The television had no news channel. There were only film and reality show channels.
