Check in was easy, you get all the details by message. Located near to Gardaland, CanevaWorld, Movieland (15-20 minutes by car). The accomodation was renovated, the room was modern and felt very comfortable. Shared bathroom was very clean.
Parking was a little bit confusing when three or more cars are parked at the same time. Most of the time there weren't so many cars.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!
We paid for two 2 nights, after we arrived we saw that's not what we expected:
• SMALL ROOM
• GLASS DOORS
• SHARING BATHROOMS (1 BATHROOM & 1 SHOWER FOR THE GROUND FLOOR...)
• WI-FI DOESN'T WORK
• CURFEW HOURS (YES, CURFEW NOT A SILENT HOURS...)
We left the property after the first night, and we had the agreement with the owner to refund us the money for the second night. Just to wait a few days until the property receives the money from BOOKING.COM.
UNFORTUNATELY after the month of waiting, messaging with BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, the just refused to send us anything, and blaming US and BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
SO IN MY OPINION, JUST BOOK A ROOM IN THE HOTEL, IT WOULDN'T BE EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE AND YOU'LL HAVE YOUR COMFORT, PRIVACY AND PROBABLY BREAKFAST INCLUDED!
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was our last night in Italy, and we booked it spontaneously at 5pm in the evening, finding out that it was one of the best!

We charged our electric car during our stay but unfortunately, it was more expensive than charging in the public chargers e.g. from Enel.

Very peaceful place, clean rooms and common spaces and wonderful staff! It's a 15-20 minutes ride to reach Gardaland, Movieland and CanevaWorld with exceptional views. 10/10 Definitely will visit again

Everything was great. The house is surrounded by vineyard and apple trees. In July the scent of the garden was amazing. Breakfast was served on a terrace. We were spoiled by local produce including home made jams, local cold cuts meats and cheeses, freshly baked cakes, etc.

The friendliness of everyone there, going the 'extra mile' with information and help where our Italy & Italian knowledge lacked. It was so centrally located for óúr stay, and a pleasure being away from the 'rush'.
My travel partner don't like sharing a bathroom, although it was always clean and available.

To be in a place, far away from the Traffic and noise. It was really relax and we were happy to find it.
Only the front of the come-in point was a little bit different, that we are used to, but after a few meters there is a beautiful place middle of the vinejards. Really beautiful. And Sonja and Aurelia are really beautiful housekeppers and cooks. Their own vine and marmelade is delicious.

Great place to stay nestled in the middle of a fruit trees and vines. Beautiful countryside! We enjoyed the updated look and new amenities. Pizza restaurants were close and lake Garda and Zoo 15-30 min. Our host Claudio was kind, welcoming, and spoke good English Thank you!
The only downfall is if other guests use the kitchen drinking and laughing all night you can hear it all because the rooms are close and not soundproof. Luckily we weren’t too bothered by it, but be aware.

Both the owner of the establishment and his daughter are nice easy going people. The apartment got everything you need for a likable stay, also the building is surrounded by vineyards, a pleasant place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I guarantee 100% that you will like it.

The accomodation was new and completely renovated, so the room was really modern and felt very comfortable. Also the new kitchen is great: very modern and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is also really nice to sit in the evening.
Also postive to mention:
+ Wine tasting with wine produced from the host
+ Very clean accomodation
+ Located near to Gardalake (20 minutes) and Verona (20 minuted)
+ Claudio, the host, is very friendly and helps in any questions
