La piscina coperta inclusa nel prezzo era bellissima e ben tenuta, gli esterni bellissimi, abbastanza pulita e staff accogliente. Per il prezzo che la abbiamo pagata è passabile.

La cauzione di 100€ da dare in contanti mi sembra, personalmente, un po' eccessiva. Poi: ho pagato per un appartamento in un residence, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto rifare il letto e ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto lasciare il piano cottura e zona cucina pulite, perché la pulizia delle stesse non rientrava nei costi basici, altrimenti ci avrebbero detratto qualcosa dalla cauzione (i prodotti per la pulizia non erano inclusi). La cosa che più mi ha interdetta è che non ci fosse un vero e proprio piumino sul letto, ma delle coperte in pelo che solitamente si mettono tra il lenzuolo e il piumino, insomma non le più igieniche in circolazione. Non abbiamo trovato l'asciugacapelli, ma immagino che si potesse richiedere.

The level of maintenance of the apartment was low, the beds creaked in a way that disturbed sleep

The pool were great. Though it closes 8pm. The entertainer at the pool were absolutely fantastic. They entertained every guests that wish to join the activities and they were all very polite. Good work to the pool entertainer. There’s a shuttle bus that will drive you to the city and pick you up as well. Very easy access transportation.

There was shuttered glass on our balcony when we checked in. We called after cleaning crew but they never cleaned it up.

Family of 4, stayed in 2 bed appartment in August. Spacious accomodation, multiple choices of pools on site, good restaurant with take away option available, bus service to town was handy.

Was hard to get a turn at the washing machine, only one is available on site. Was a bit of smell in the kitchen, couldn't find the source of it.

calm area, nice staff and a lot of facilities on the property. airconditioning worked well.

Pool facilities were lovely and the setting was stunning. The free shuttle bus to the centre was great.

Difficult location without a car. We stayed in an apartment which was very basic and not very clean. The online mini market had very limited stock unable to get fresh fruit and salad, milk, cereals and other basics that are necessary for a stay with children.
