The bed was very comfortable. The room. Size was great. The location was great. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. 24hr reception was great as I checked in after midnight. The atmosphere of the place was nice and I liked the ability to sit in outdoor courtyard

No blackout curtains especially in a city where the sunlight is so long. The bathroom has this full force bright light that comes in when you enter. No way to turn it off. So in the middle. Of the night if you use the toilet you are blinded and awaken by this full force light

The reviews were correct! Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Location is fantastic, close enough to everything but still incredibly quiet. Service was warm and welcoming. We stayed in the deluxe room. The breakfast is outstanding, so many options to choose from in a lovely restaurant setting. The rooms are spacious and clean with blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. All bedding is of a very high standard. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Also good to know is if you don’t like the square feather down pillows on the bed you can request the more traditional rectangle type from reception. There is also free bike hire from the hotel!

The only suggestion I would offer (not a criticism) is to make the bathroom lights switch activated, not on a sensor. You don’t always need the lights on to use the toilet at night.

Very centrally located. The hotel has an incredible vibe to it with the way its decorated. Gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was a very impressive spread. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is very nice, clean and inviting. The room we had was very large with a sitting area, work desk and king size bed. The daily breakfast downstairs was AMAZING. They featured many wonderful Finnish delicacies and fresh-baked croissants. We also had a blast at the bar downstairs with a talented mixologist making expert drinks.
