It was very close to the beach and there was free parking. This was a reasonably large flat and had air-conditioning in all rooms.. This place has a communal swimming pool just before you get to the beach and a nice restaurant by the pool and other facilities which we didn't have time to use. .

The host was very welcoming and friendly and very polite. He left us complementary 5L bottled water and local fizzy drinks. He was very helpful throughout. .

Excellent location & the property was spacious

Hidden charge for amenities. Poorly equipped for a family of 6 (burnt out iron, no dinner plates, worn out stained towels etc). Host was unhelpful & rude.

Place was nice .

Apartman was without air condition. Bath was bad. Electricity was not working. In room was 35 deegris.

Breakfast was good. Staff at the restaurant very helpful.

No cleaners we stayed for a week, I was told no cleaners and if you want them then you pay. We had issues with Wi-Fi, router was faulty and was not replaced. At the end of the stay, host did not charge for the Wi-Fi.

We had to wait outside more than an hour before getting inside - the central key didn't work and the host was repairing it. The TV did not work - batteries were empty. The cooker was not working - the gas balloon was empty, we only discovered this after we started to prepare for cooking. The apartment was dirty. The hosts are very unfriendly, only interested in extracting as much money as possible, they even don't seem to be bothered at all that they meet guests with such problems.

It was very easy to communicate with the host online. In addition, upon our arrival manager came to place and gave us the keys personally. Showed us around and explained everything. The place itself was very nice. It was clean and tidy. We had enough space to stay. But tried our best to be outside 😜 and see Cyprus. Also, if you are staying in these area I would highly recommend you to visit old city Soli and Vouni Palace. If you want some really calm and tranquil holidays or you are coming with children this is the best place to find in Northern Cyprus. The site has private beach. It has nice restaurant, but you may also use nearby restaurants with Cypriot cuisine. Moreover, on the site there are a NEW spa! This was perfect! Strongly recommend it to everyone! There are couple of children playground, ATM, heated swimming pool, jacuzi, children pool and common pool. So, it has everything to relax and have perfect holiday. The apartment has everything what we've needed. The view from the balcony was perfect! We truly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this place. We will come here next year for sure!

It can be considered as a nice little summer apart. It was spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms and it was clean. In the facility there was a indoor hot pool which was nice to swim in. It has a nice beach, but not for December...

Since we visited Cyprus in December, the apart was really cold and the only heating was the air conditioner. And it was never enough to get warm. Hot water was available with solar energy, so it was so week so again you had to use the electric heater to get hot water. Above all, the most interesting part was the electricity and water and the Wi-Fi usage during your stay is charged. The host wanted €200 deposit for 3-night stay. They check the usage while you leave and charge and pay you back the the rest of the deposit. In that case it is more expensive than you think your stay is. The kitchen equipment was old. If you want to travel around Cyprus, the location is not appropriate. It is so remote. It takes at least one hour to the nearest center.
