Location was great, right at exit 13 of Seoul station. It is a central location to head to tourist attractions and to ktx or Incheon international airport.

There was no breakfast provided due to covid-19. However, information was not updated on the website. The room is quite cramp and unable to fit even one normal size luggage normally. Room isn’t sound proof so we could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and the roads. If you are sensitive to noise and a light sleeper, you might want to consider this. The location was good, right at exit 13 of Seoul station. However, it is near a homeless project centre so you would notice a little bit more homeless around that area. They are quite harmless, they don’t bother you that much but if you are concerned about safety, then perhaps could consider another place. The price wise is affordable for Seoul but if you could pay just a little bit more, might get a slightly better location and room. There are no lifts and hence you will have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. You will be welcomed by a heavy cigarette smell the moment you step into the building. I think the myeongdong branch might be a better pick!

Location near to Seoul Station

We have to climbed up the stairs.. the hotel at the 3rd floor🥵... after we reached 3 floor at the reception counter..they gave us room at 4th floor..and again we have to climbed the stairs with big luggage bags. We booked this place due the the location. If we knew tht this hotel have no elevator.. maybe we dont proceed.

The intention was to leave the bags there for some hours and have a place to shower as it would cost the same as the lockers at the train station. However there was no elevator to the rooms, the cleanness level was quite low that at the end we just left the bags there and skipped the shower and went straight to the airport

The hotel says - No breakfast due to covid 19, but other hotels were offering breakfast. Seemed like a convenient way to cut costs. Breakfast makes life convenient.

staff so nice location is good the room is clean, have water cooler (hot/cold water) near subway line 4 exit 13-14 and can walk to seoul station (KTX /SUBWAY LINE 1/ Gyeongui-Jungang line /AREX)

No lift for this hotel so not convenient for people that have large/heavy luggage (the room on the 3rd-4th floor) For subway near the exit 13-14 but have only stairs no lift or escalator

Perfect spot for quick trip to seoul if you want to have a central location and see a lot. Between the metro and bus area a few minutes away at seoul station you can easily get anywhere in the city to explore

Very close to train station so not the best place for light sleepers. They provide earplugs on request.

It locates near Seoul station, so it is convenient to move to other places. The room was clean and new.

There was no elevator and had to move big luggage up and down 4 floors. Small room, small bed, and small TV. I could hear the noise from the street and people yelling every morning.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. They helped me carry my very heavy suitcases up the stairs, they held a package that was coming for me. Nothing to say about the staff, they were perfect.

My room had a faulty window which couldn't be closed all the way. Which meant that I had a cold breeze entering the room at night, more noise than usual and mosquitos flying around. I dealt with it because I still slept but it wasn't 100% perfect.
