La ubicación es lo único bueno

De todo mi viaje en Perú este fue el peor alojamiento que tuve. Me cambiaron la habitación sin avisarme previamente y por el contrario si me cobraron de entrada, fue cuando entré que me di cuenta. En la habitación acomodaron una cama doble en una base cama de menor tamaño. La tasa del baño estaba sucia cuando recien entré, lo cual indispone a cualquiera. No fueron flexibles con la posibilidad de llevar el desayuno más temprano, así que pese a que pagué el desayuno no me lo podré llevar. Finalmente, por mas de que la persona de recepción estuvo muy dispuesta en realidad no podía tomar ninguna decisión puesto que en el hotel no estaba la Gerencia. En realidad muy triste terminar mi viaje así.

Location was perfect

Never pay with soles in cash . They overcharged us and after all this insane increase in price we requested for a late checkout and the price was the same as one more night ... Breakfast was so cheap and not tasty.

The location

The room was advertised as a queen and twin bed so we were expecting it that way, but the twin bed turned out to be a sofa bed. The sofa bed wad not comfortable at all. Rooms are old and needs renovation, especially the bathroom

El personal muy atentos. Les pedí que me esperen hasta la hora que llegaba mi vuelo y me estaban esperando con las llaves. A pesar que me tocó una habitación a una cuadra del hotel, el personal siempre muy atento a todo. Camas listas, cuarto limpio. Me ayudaron en guardar las maletas.

Check in was easy and we arrived late at night. The location was excellent and staff very helpful.

The room next door to us must have had some dampness because the room was being aired out and was all open but the smell was really bad in the hallway on the first night. The second night the door was closed and it was much better.
