Bathroom and bedroom were not cleaned,bedsheets were not changed from the people that were sleeping there before us. We had to find and pay another place to sleep for 1 night.On the next day,they did clean everything. I put the pictures,it is exactly as it waited for us,terrible.

The place is not good. In the first day there was no water, in the second day no hot water. Some times there was no paper in the bathroom.

Cleaning and a better infrastructure.

Nothing.

On arrival you will find a lack of parking facilities, which was not the end of the world as this was expected. However, the exterior of the hotel is very dark and unkempt, it did not set a safe and welcoming tone. As you enter you are hit by the foul stench of cigarette smoke, which lingers everywhere. We then found that there were already people in one of our allocated rooms. After ringing the help line (no staff on site), they gave us a new room. However, this room turned out to have bed bugs in it, which rendered it unusable for us. We then had to cram ourselves into our remaining rooms and have someone sleep on the floor. There were two sets of bathrooms, normal individuals ones, which were filthy. As they are shared they were covered in hair, dirty towels, mud, used tissues and various other paraphernalia where they were clearly not cleaned regulalry. There was additionally a large shower and sink room. This room appeared to have no lights (see attached photo, the dirt below the sink and the nearest sink is broken) and was being used for some storage. The communal kitchen was being occupied by some disreputable characters who spent the whole night smoking, drinking and playing loud music. These men said they had been there a while and it was a well-used venue for them to go off for their work. These guys proceeded to then get up and make a large racket at 06:00. Although this is not the fault of the hostel, I think it is indicative of the fellow guests that one might experience.

It’s better than sleeping in a car I guess..

The whole house smells of cigarettes, humidity and cooked food. Walls in my room were stained and smeared with dirt. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, but the sheets were clean. Kinda loud because it’s near the main street and railroad. Kitchen looked ok, never used it. Car parking in front of the house. Bathrooms - absolutely disgusting! In the whole 5 nights stay I met the cleaning lady once. You can make someone sick with “hygiene” like this. Disgrace!

Staffs were so nice and cleaned the bathroom almost every day. They were so open-minded. The apartment location is good.

Sometimes the shower wasn't hot enough. A bathroom door lock was broken. The kitchen was nice but no tools for cooking like pan, pots, knives, etc.

There seemed to be some people i think worked there. They were extremely loud at 6.00 AM till 6.45AM when i left out of pure frustration. Conversing at their loudest, laughing really loud, not giving anything about anyone else. Otherwise this was a very decent stay. But that outing of pure disrespect for guests was horrid.

Nothing

In the bathroom it was full of hair and dirt and I could not take a shower, all night I could not sleep from the noise made by customers and to be the worst night spent in a hotel, when I woke up I had everything irritated skin from toxic solutions with, which washed the bed linen! A night of horror spent in the most miserable hotel in the world! I understand that a room is not very expensive and I should not have high expectations, but not to be that's ugly. Great shame for the owner, for the interest only for profit and for customers at all!
