All good.

The included breakfast was good, kids loved the pool, and there were many options for food within walking distance. Playa Conchal was lovely and an easy walk.

There was major road work happening between the hotel and the beach which made it difficult for drivers to get us at times but that is no fault of the hotel.

Close to town. Attention to detail by owner. Available communal cooking space. Not really fancy but a great place to hang out, make friends and enjoy your laid back vacation

Welcoming and friendly staff - thank you to Jodi, the owner, for checking in with us and answering our questions about the hotel and neighborhood! Enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning. Glad to have lots of different outdoor spaces to relax and hang out (table and chairs outside each room, picnic tables at the breakfast area, and pool seating areas).

Wifi is a bit spotty at times. Signal is a bit better in outdoor common spaces but weaker inside the room and sometimes disconnected.

the owner was very helpful and really takes pride in the property. There is a really nice area to lay by the pool and you can if needed use an outside kitchen.

our bed and bedspreads was worn out. there is an odor from the plumbing that I was sensitive to.

The pool was great and it was quite close to the beach Conchal.

I didn’t like the beds they really weren’t comfy too soft for sleep, for one night is ok but more you don’t get a good sleep.

The staff was friendly, and the California king bed was comfy. That was about it.

First day morning 6.30 am they were drilling and hammering the wall.due to my sleep disturbance requested the hotel front desk. They told me call their boss.and told they can not stoo the work and continued. Very rude. They should return money

Close to Beach, Restaurants.

The room that was given to us is different from the one we booked on the app, when cuestioned the owner said if was not her fault and took no responsability. They said it was pet friendly but the room was not, and theres a pet fee of $10 per pet per night that it is not stated in the site, we found out when we had no where to go ( we travel with 2 dogs) The "breakfast" included is barely a meal, a glass of juice and a toast... Also the toilet broke on the night and barely did a thing.

Lovely motel-style hotel close to the center of Brasilito. The staff was lovely and happy to guard our luggage on the last day. The room is not big but well equipped with AC. I didn't use the swimming pool. The price/quality was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Good location - walking distance to the beautiful Playa Conchal :) We could park our car there and use the pool all day even after check out.

Quite old furniture and the bathroom too. For breakfast we only got a few watermelon cubes with a dry bread and jam + juice.

It was clean, confortable and close to the beach.
