Situated close to Central Station, top of George St, the main street. Hotel and room is no-frills but very clean. Bed and pillow possibly the most comfortable I have ever come across in a hotel. Couldn’t believe it. Reception check in and check out quick and easy; the desk people were lovely and incredibly obliging. The guy actually said good morning Deb when I was at the coffee machine. That’s another thing. A Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby! And various complimentary snacks, pastries, cookies. What?! Sets this hotel apart. Also the quiet good manners of staff really was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again. Don’t know if the shuttle driver guy who took me to the airport is associated with the hotel but he too was unbelievably well mannered and courteous. Great choice if so.

Rooms are an acquired taste and a bit small. Personally I liked the split bed arrangement. The lack of a true window might not be for everyone

Decent set up for a budget hotel - free tea, coffee, water, fruit and snacks in the lobby are a nice touch. Good location for easy access to Central station and Darling Harbour area.
Curtain in bedroom didn't cover the entire window - so decent amount of light came in. Little insulation in the walls - could hear everything from the corridor. Staff were a bit abrupt.

The room was stuffy and quite small. No opening windows. The bed was too soft.

Very close to CBD and Central Station, everything within walking distance. The room had heating, so it was very warm - perfect as we went during a chilly winter weekend. I was also pleasantly surprised the third bed we got was an actual bed! Also love the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby!

Good location, 2 minute walk to Central and a number of bus stops.
Minor issue, but the fridge was actually a freezer. Did not expect ice in my leftover sushi.

Feels like a door from a gym in a high school loud and heavy door. Also the ac is located where when you lay in bed it blows right in your face not a comfortable feeling

Comfy bed; simple inclusions yet functional. Nifty use of small space. Easy walk from Central Station and good choice of food nearby.
Seemed to be no noise suppression from the corridor into the room. I awoke a few times to people talking in the corridor and felt like they were in the room not outside it. I am a light sleeper though.
