Hotel is situated in fantastic place - near the entrance to Borjomi park - it’s a big plus of the hotel. All stuff is very polite and always happy to help. We had some problems with our car, and we got help from Dimitri. Nice breakfasts. Free parking for guests in two steps of the hotel. When we arrived, 2 rooms of the type we booked were free. So administrator even opened both rooms and offered us to choose the room we would like to stay. Also we got help with our suitcases on check-in and and check-out. In hotels restaurant you can try owner’s self made wines (it’s delicious).

For someone it could be a problem to get to the 4th floor without elevator. So you need to be attentive when you are choosing a room.

The hotel personnel were fantastic — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also perfect for my needs. And breakfast — lots of delicious options! Definitely recommended!

Bed was a bit too soft for my liking. That being said, I want to emphasize that this was my personal experience and others may not have the same issue. Additionally, I did not bring the matter to the attention of the hotel staff, so it's possible that they could have provided a solution or alternative bedding. Despite this minor issue, I still had an enjoyable stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Location was ok, near Borjomi park.

1. It was too hot in the room. We tried to open balcony door, but it was also a problem for us because of curtains, which didn’t allow open the dirt widely. 2. the bed mattress was bad, too soft and very uncomfortable for sleeping 3. the room was very small, when you’re laying on the bad, the room door is about 20 centimetres from you and you hear even every step in the corridor 4. the floor in the shower room was full of water after I had a quick shower 5. there are no shelves in the shower so you should put your shampoo on the floor 6. check-in was longer than usual and firstly the receptionist said that they haven’t a room with queen size bed, which I’ve booked, but after 5 min he said, that they have it 7. in the middle of the night one couple was arguing loudly for a long time and it was a feeling that they are having a fight in our room because of thin walls

First of all, the location of the hotel was very good, just a few steps away from the central park of Borjomi. I cannot fail to mention the very kind and attentive staff. Always ready to help you with any problem. The room had a warm floor, which was quite enough at night at a temperature of -8°C, and I'll tell you more, I left the balcony doors open when I slept, because sometimes I was even hot. (The open doors allowed to hear the sound of the river and the fresh air of Borjomi was also very pleasant)... It is a very quiet place, nothing but the river could be heard behind the open doors at night.. I only tried breakfast in the restaurant, so I can't say anything about lunch and dinner, but the breakfast was varied and good. The room was clean, tidy, with a comfortable bed and pleasant lighting. Wi-Fi is available for free, but personally in my room the reception was poor and I mostly used mobile internet. TV, teapot, mini bar, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, towels and etc. Everything is available, updated every day if needed.

There were minuses that I would correct, and although the days spent in this hotel left a very pleasant impression on me, I will still write it, maybe it will be important information for someone. The TV stuttered a lot and kept turning itself off, I had to turn it on again and again. Often there were an errors like: "channel not available", "connection lost", etc. The second problem concerns the shower, first of all, there was no place to put things needed during showering in the shower area, so I had to place them on the floor. The doors of the shower cabin were damaged, due to which a large amount of water came out during the shower and the entire toilet floor was wet. Considering that the heating source in the room is only a warm floor, if you want to wash and dry your personal clothes, this is literally impossible in winter. You have to wait a long time for warm water to come into the tap, and the pressure is low.

The personnel is very welcoming and kind! The room is nice, clean and it has balcony with a view. There was a variety of dishes for the breakfast, which is definitely a big advantage! There is also a car parking in front of the hotel

Wifi connection was poor, we could not watch any movie on Netflix or video on YouTube. The water in the evening was warm, not hot, so we’ve skipped warming up after an evening walk.

A non-smoking room had smell of tabacco smoke. The towels were not fresh, with a tabacco smell. Inconvinient bathroom, without a single shelf.

It was too hot in the room and we didn't find how to regulate the heating, so we regulated it via the opened balcony :)
