Everything was great, especially the staff. They were all very pleasant and ready to give suggestions on where to go in Tbilisi. They even gave us magnets when we checked out!

It rarely happens where everything was beyond expectations. The hotel was new, looked great and clean, powerful shower, very comfortable bed, balcony with fresh air, 360° panoramic view on the rooftop, fresh breakfast, very silent area and 3 minutes from Freedom Square. But what made it exceptional was the hospitality of the staff, more specifically Irina and Ina. From the minute I booked, Irina reached out to see if we had any other queries and requests. We brought food and wine and they were so kind to give us plates, cutlery and wine glasses and an opener. Our beds were always refreshed, towels too. And they took initiative to provide a (generous) lunchbox for our early departure. Irina was also ready to confront a scammer taxi for us. Ina offered to arrange wake-up calls and transport for us and made sure we were comfortable and warm and on schedule with our planning. If it wasn't for them, we would've missed our tour. We were always greeted with a big smile and welcome, and they were always really involved. Clearly, they love their job and their guests. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else during my next visit to Tbilisi. As a globetrotter, it's the first time I give a hotel a well-deserved perfect score. Well done Irina and Ina!

It was difficult to find a minor point. But maybe some fresh cut fruit was missing at the very nice breakfast buffet. (Other than tomatoes and cucumbers, which were delicious.) Also the nightlamp kept falling over, and the safe/vault was locked.

Our stay at Mimino was wonderful. Although we reached there early in the morning there was a driver waiting for us at the airport. When we reached the hotel, Irina was up at the front desk to greet us with a smile. The family suite that we were put in had a rooftop which had an amazing view of the city. Whenever we came down to the reception desk there was someone to greet us and talk to us making us feel at home in a new place. When we were leaving and waiting for our cab also Irina was up waitinv with us talking to us bidding us goodbye. The rooms were clean and hot water was available throughout the day. The breakfast had good georgian food options. If you are looking for a cosy homely place then this is the hotel for you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nana & Irina. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Facilities look to be renewed recently. Location is nearby the city centre like 15 mints walk.

Location of hotel is very good . Avlabari metro station is only 5 minutes walking distance. Check in couter staff are very polite, co-operative and helpful.

Breakfast is available after 8:30 am which should be little early with more options.

Personnel is awesome and always willing to help. Irina has met my parents in the airport and welcomed them in the hotel! We rented car, however rental company canceled, so Irina help to arrange another car in short term! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very well located and the staff is super nice. The breakfast was good, lots of hot-meal choices. The basement room where to have it, however, is grim.

My expectation of a hotel is clean bed, hot shower, good food and safety. This hotel met and exceeded my expectation. Staff friendly.. honestly i didnt feel im in a hotel as much as its like a guest house. From the way they greet me or answer the phone or knock the door. I mean it has that feeling of a welcoming home i guess.

We arrived at 1:30 am from airport by taxi. Reception was opened. Quick check in. The host sent me a whatsapp message once I booked and checked that I have what I need. Very clean room and bathroom. We didnt eat the breakfast so not sure how is it. Very nice view from tthe balcony on 3rd floor

The hotel experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of the staff was incredible, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent as well! I look forward to coming back and staying at Grand Hotel Mimino. If visiting Tbilisi, I highly recommend staying at Grand Hotel Mimino. You will not be disappointed!
