The location is just in the center of the city. It is surrounded by gold souqs and there's a nearby supermarket (2mins walk) where you can buy groceries. The staff were all amazing. They were all helpful, attentive, and very friendly. The room was also clean and well equiped with toiletries and water bottles. Overall, it was a great hotel facility with amazing customer service.

Nothing. Everything was more than what we paid for.

The hotel is very clean, great amenities, close to the Ruwi Bus station (also the A1 bus from the airport). There is a supermarket very close by, loads of restaurants and food options nearby.

all shopping centers are so so close, as well it near to the old souk, easy to get taxis a lot of restaurants near by

perfect hotel in muscat not far from matrah, plenty of restaurants and hypermarkets nearby staff, big rooms, clean, excellent indi restaurant , the pool in the rooftop, the sunset views from the rooftop

The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on in my life, so if you are someone who doesn’t fall asleep easily then I wouldn’t go here. also, it felt a bit ghostly and deserted at times.
