it was such a nice apartment in a beautiful location. we had a view of the vineyards from the balcony.

Perfect location to use as a base to explore the Schwarzwald region, using excellently marked walking trails, or to spend few relaxing days in this most beautiful part of the world. The views from both balconies would take your breath away!

Even with PhD degree (or maybe because of it?) I couldn't figure out how to lock windows: locks in the handles seemed to be disabled. It wasn't windy, and didn't rain in the night, so it didn't matter, but with a little wind the windows would have banged in the night.

Fabulous accommodation, real bargain for the money we’ve paid! Spacious and comfortable with fantastic views from one of the balconies. Walking distance from the town centre with private parking spaces. Got everything we needed and more. Really suitable for a family of four. Highly recommended and we will book again with pleasure!

Lovely location, well furnished amd homely

The location is fantastic, about 12km walk from Gengenbach train station and 10mins walk to supermarket if you intend go stock up some groceries. it s well equipped with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped too.

The unit is in the basement hence not much to look out the windows, although lights could come through the windows and there is enough privacy. Wifi connection was sporadic, we had to reset several times per day.

Very comfortable beds, well equipped apartment (superior 2 bed 2 balcony) Very quiet but very close to the Old Town and train station. Konus card paperwork left for us to complete (simply fill out and use)

we had a child with us but couldn’t find the garden we saw in the photos……. not a huge stress as there was a great walk beside the river minutes away

Well-equipped, clean, roomy apartment. Even though the weather was hot, the balconies and windows allowed a cool breeze. Edgar the owner was especially quick to reply and helpful when we had a slight mistake with our booking.

Furniture was scarce. If you use the apartment with 4 persons, then it will be difficult to find furniture to for example watch TV together. It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. It seems that the availability of tea and coffee depends on the former users. Nothing is supplied by the hosts.

The view is awesome! The room was spacious.

You'll need to bring your own washing detergent if you're planning to use the washing machine.
