Location, host, cleanness.

There is no laundry.

I liked that it had a coffee machine and a kitchenette. The cleanliness was good as well. The manager offered us clean towels twice in the week that we were there. It had a Rewe supermarket right next door which was fantastic.

No air con. Yes there was a fan in the room but it was noisy and didn’t really cool the room. Made sleeping very uncomfortable. The host told us this is normal for Germany but we’ve stayed in many hotels here that have air con. And regardless we’re not German, we’re tourists. My daughter was unwell and we had to leave the hotel 8 days early to go to hospital but there was no offer of even a small refund. No wifi on the tv and it’s all German.

The location was perfect, but it was a bit noisy in the morning and at midnight due to the public transportation in front of the property. (I've stayed at the window side)

There was no dishwashing machine or cloth washing machine. The sink was too small if you want to cook on your own.

A beautiful space near my daughter. Very close to trains, restaurants, and shopping. Great location.

Very neat and clean. It had everything we were looking forward to. Host also great.. highly recommend

The Owner is very kind and supportive especially as I had a late arrival. I really enjoyed to stay there and book it again whenever i fits to stay in this lovely Apartment room. It is very comfortable for me and all shops around to buy food, or medical etc. I really can recommend it and enjoy to stay there.

More a recommendation, would love to have a place in the shower to put my shower gel etc into.
