tutto fantastico,bella struttura con soffitti molto alti,senza fronzoli ma con tutto il necessario,pure con la possibilità di prendere acqua naturale o frizzante fresca al bar,colazione con prodotti di qualità,idem la cena abbondante ad un prezzo veramente eccezionale(18 euro vino compreso)con una comoda passeggiata di circa un km si arriva in centro.comodo il parcheggio,ed infine il personale che gestisce la struttura.....la loro gentilezza è impossibile da descrivere,bisogna conoscerli per capire

come ho letto in altre recensioni le camere sono poco insonorizzate,ma,essendo un edificio affascinante perchè degli anni 50,non credo il problema sia della gestione ma è creato dall'educazione degli ospiti.Se si rispettassero le ore di silenzio o il volume del televisore il problema non ci sarebbe

We are not religious folk and really enjoyed the space of the accommodation and the friendliness of the people. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done with a smile. Breakfast was generous and fresh. All facilities worked perfectly. Filtered drinking water is a bonus. We would stay again.

The location is a 20min walk from the old town, perhaps we walk slowly!. But if you feel that is too much the hosts will organise a taxi, as was done for us to the railway station.

We loved this property .. the entire experience was exceptional . The setting , the welcome , the care & attention to comfort was better than anywhere we have been . Every need was attended to .. all facilities were spotless . The sense of peace & serenity was everywhere . The food at breakfast was homely & plentiful … the home baked pastries & cakes were delicious ! Private Library & church open to guests . Thankyou to all staff … one more welcoming than the last !!!

There was nothing to dislike . The lock on front door at night needs patience but that added to the fun !!

Don Franco, Giuseppe, Breakfast staff and overall team were very helpful - any concerns (broken light) were promptly addressed. Don Franco gave me a free ride to the train station due to an unexpected issue with transportation. Breakfast was plentiful and server was always there to bring more coffee and anything else we needed. Such a wonderful uplifting experience. My room/bathroom (en suite) was very large and comfortable. Very quiet. Wonderful to have an elevator for all our luggage. 5 minute walk to terrific supermarket and 15 minute walk to central Ostuni.

Especially the staff. Very warm genuine people who created a warm ambience.

Absolutely amazing stay. Such a friendly and fantastic staff - I was even offered a free ride to the station the day I left. A perfect stay, an easy walk to the center of Ostuni, and close to the supermarket. I highly recommend staying here to anyone that needs to relax and recharge in a beautiful city.

a little far from the center if you don’t have a car. taxi to the train station was ridiculous at €30

Friendly staff, small price. Ostuni is very much worth a visit.

The bed was very bad. An old saggy mattress. Sorry but this is really a no go. On top there was no warm water in the shower of the room. Not what you want after biking 30 km in the rain.

for a solo traveller on foot, the distance from historic centre is a hike - but thats a balance for price and quietness

Breakfast is sumptuous, various delicious food and pastries, creamy cappuccino, staffs are attentive and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect and had everything you need, and the breakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from.
