A wonderful and relaxing getaway from city life in St.Petersburg! The house is located on the pristine and beautiful Weeki Wachee River! The river house is located on the upper part of the river where the water is crystal clear! We enjoy the privacy and wildlife and will book this home again!

Very relaxing and very enjoyable. The immediate responses from the property owner for questions were great. My family had such a wonderful time. I recommend this property.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is! The house is spotless and charming with beautiful art, but you'll never want to leave the dock! The water is clear, and you can tie floats to the dock or paddle - we kayaked into the state park most mornings.
The wildlife was so wonderful as well - we saw manatees daily, as well as raccoons, bunnies, deer, turkeys, fish, birds, fireflies, and an otter!
Cannot recommend enough. We will be back!

This was by far the best vacation we’ve ever had as a family. The water is crystal clear right off the back deck. We had manatees swimming up to us with in arms reach. The house is so cute and Susan literally has anything you’ll ever need in there from bowls, coffee pot, extra blankets, kayaks, floats, and etc. In front of her house there was a whole family of deer. If you want a peaceful, relaxing, away from the big crowd this is the place to be. Susan stays on top of everything to make sure you enjoy your vacation. I wish I could give this place a million stars!! Our go to vacation spot from now on!

We had a great time. I had a friend with me that stayed in many different houses on the river and she made the comment that this house was one of the best equipped house she had stayed in. Had all the dishes and utensils needed to cook. The only thing I wish we had was access to the master bed and bath to make sleeping and bathing arrangements a little more comfortable. We were very comfortable in the house, would just been better to have the extra room and bath. This would not stop us from renting the house again and we look forward to renting the house in the future.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to rent your house.

There isn’t enough I can say about this beautiful piece of paradise. We were in awe as soon as we arrived. Susan was a wonderful host and had everything so well organized. She had the most beautiful home! We paddle boarded, kayaked and swam right off the dock. The location is amazing! We saw manatees, otters, deer and even turkeys. The home was clean and well stocked. It has an amazing kitchen! The kids loved the music room and Bali bathroom! We had dinner out by the water each night. This was by far our best trip to Weeki Wachi to date! Thank you Susan for opening your home up to us. We are already planning our next trip :)

Overall, this was an amazing stay. The location on the river is fantastic, with pristine water, abundant kayaks and water toys, and a beautiful deck to enjoy it all. The house is very comfortable, with a beautiful well appointed kitchen. My kids (12,10, and 7) declared it their favorite vacation and my in laws also really enjoyed themselves. The location is close to Weeki Wachi state park, and about 30 miles south of Homosassa.
As for the downside, this house is actually a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The 3rd bedroom has a couch bed (hideabed?) that is in a Florida room. It is not attached to the house. My kids would not sleep out there because it was too far from the house, and neither me nor my in-laws can sleep on a sofa bed. The other major issue is the 2nd bathroom is an outdoor shower without hot water. It is not accesible from the house or Floridaroom, and requires you go outside to utilize it. It was 50 degrees during our stay. No one could use the 2nd bathroom, and it made for a challenge for 7 people to shower. While these were slight challenges, we would still stay at this property again! For older kids it would have been absolutely perfect!

Overall the property was beautiful and we had a wonderful long weekend in Weeki Wachee. The owner quickly got back to us with any questions. I would only suggest one thing for kayakers, the kayaks do need updated. Location was perfect and we were fortunate to have warm weather! Thanks again for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

We had a great stay. Communication was great. The property looks even better in person than the pictures. The house was great but we spent most of our time outside. Sitting on the deck in the chairs watching the spring water was super peaceful. The included kayaks were great to use. Great experience

We really enjoyed this house and location! It was perfect for my family of 5, 3 girls. 14-5 years old. We kayaked right off the dock area.
The house is beautiful inside!
Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

The house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Pics in the listing did not do it justice. The area with the abundant wildlife around to see was absolutely amazing. Such an awesome experience! Will definitely be returning soon!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is nestled in a small neighborhood abundant with wildlife from squirrels, deer and turkey. The home is spacious and the kitchen has abundant counter space and essentials. The outdoor seating accommodates large families comfortably. The three tiered deck is the best commodity with shade under a larger tree!! That was our favorite! I now have to purchase the chair hammocks!!! We will be back!! The water is so clear and saw manatees, lots of fish and river otters!!

This home is the perfect location on the river. The deck is great for jumping off and lounging. We saw SO many manatees right off the deck, even a dolphin. We enjoyed tying floats to the anchor (in shed) and floating. There are flippers in the shed too, take advantage of them! It made snorkeling so much easier. While there we took a short trip (20 mins) to 7 Sister Springs and got to swim through the under water caves.
The home was clean! Had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets and towels. Communication with the owner was easy!

This property was a 10/10 for everything! Excellent communication from the property owner prior to check in- we had zero issues or concerns during our stay. The house was sparkling clean and the kayaks were ready to be dropped in the crystal clear water! We saw several deer every morning out front. I lost count of the manatees and river otters we saw right from our dock. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming from morning till night. We can not wait to rebook this property for another stay! The water is cold and bugs come out at night so bring some bug spray and get ready for an incredible trip at this hidden little gem! Thank you Susan for hosting us and we hope to return very soon!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is ideal and we spent most of our time by the river. It was easy to communicate with the owner. The kayaks and life jackets were perfect for exploring up and down the river.

Enjoyed out stay at this property, would recommend it to anyone. Lots of wildlife sightings, deer, turkey, manatees, river otters, different species of fish. Quiet neighborhood. Property owner is easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a place to forget about work life and have a stress free vacation, this is the place to be.

We had a great time at this property, but while visiting my wife and I were sitting on the back porch and a large gust of wind lifted their umbrella that was in their table and the stalk of the umbrella landed in the bent arm of their mermaid statue and when the wind stopped the umbrella fell and it broke the arm off. We informed the owner of this issue when we left the next day. She was very rude about the whole situation. We have a toddler so we always get the insurance just in case. She informed us that she was going to file a claim, which is fine because we were there when it happened, but her attitude is the reason I give them two stars. After this incident she texted me about another issue that apparently their lawn crew did and she accused us of doing. When we shared that we in fact never went on the side of the house and this could not have been from us she texted this, “ Well, don’t get your panties all in a knot, because I called my landscaping company about this gate. I keep it locked, and they are the only ones with the key. Apparently this was done prior to your arrival and they forgot to report it to me.” She never apologized and she decided to keep our deposit which is whatever but we don’t recommend this property based on our experience with the owner. There is another beautiful house RIGHT NEXT DOOR that we will stay in next time.

The property is absolutely amazing! We spent most our time on the dock just enjoying the view. I had read some old reviews that concerned me but, after staying there I can guarantee if you respect the rules the owner respects you and your privacy. The house was absolutely breathtaking and the view from the dock was everything and more we seen so much wildlife and enjoyed the easy kayak access often! The swinging chairs and hot tub were a great touch to the property. Overall we had a blast would highly recommend!

The most beautiful place I've ever been in my life.

Sirens Cove was a beautiful property. The house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it was great for my gathering. The property itself could use some love. And it is not a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom inside the house, with an outdoor FL room that has a pull out couch, and an outdoor bathroom with no roof or lighting for nighttime use. The deck was wonderful, but both ladders for entry ans exit were not in safe usable condition. You could only walk into and out of the water from the kayak launch area which was mucky and rocky. Some of the outdoor furniture was pretty old and rusted, with older dirty cushions, but there were so many options for places to sit outside. The Hot tub was very clean and wonderful to use. The on site kayaks were old and small, so we ended up renting and paying for an outside company (Easy Peasy Rentals) to deliver some usable ones.
Overall, a beautiful place to stay that could be even more beautiful with some TLC.

We had a phenomenal experience. We basically lived outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed the deck and the kayaks. The house was very comfortable and supplied us everything we needed. Everyone agrees that we need to go back asap.

When arriving in the neighborhood you would never believe the beauty just ahead.
House was clean , very nicely decorated, and All beds were comfortable.
Best part was Susan(the host) being available and giving suggestions of local things to do.

With is perfect spot on the weeki Wachee this destination has a real artist feel. With all the mermaids and art throughout property it all makes it tied to the beauty of the river. We had so many fun adventures and even got to see a manatee or two.

My husband and I were able to take this time away from work and responsibilities and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
The location along the Weeki Wachee river is beautiful and serene. We’ve stayed further down river off a canal and had fallen in love with the springs and river, so staying along the area where it is crystal clear and tropical blue was such a treat.
We experienced Florida at 32 degrees and towards the end of our stay at 85 degrees! We were able to visit some nearby preserves and state parks to see wildlife and plants. We also kayaked in the Weeki Wachee a few times, relaxed in the swings on the deck, and enjoyed the hot tub. It’s fun to see turkeys during the day and hear the barred owls at night.
Highly recommend this location, this house and our host! This is a wonderfully peaceful neighborhood which is exactly the way we like it.

What a great house and location to fully enjoy the Weeki Wachee river and all it brings. The house was neat, clean and had many amenities, including a separate "florida room", hot tub, grill, all right by the deck which is right on the beautiful clear water. The neighborhood is small, private, quiet and affords a lot of wild life and natural flora viewing and appreciation (even wild turkey and deer). The decor of the house is a special touch with a mermaid vibe, which is really cute and sets the mood. Hosts were nice and very communicative, thanks for hosting this special place!

We had 2 families kids ages 8-12 and it was perfect. The house is stunning and has everything you need.. condiments, every appliance you can imagine, dishes, cooking supplies, extra bedding, towels, kayaks, inflatables… and the best spot on the River. The kitchen is beautiful and the massive island becomes a gathering spot for the family. Susan is a seasoned gracious host and we appreciated her extra efforts to make our stay even more magical. We spent much of our time outside on the deck playing games, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The bathroom outside is useful so you don’t have to go inside all wet. The kids loved showering with nature and a nosey squirrel that was silly. Deer grazed in the yard early morning and at dusk. We rented a John Boat from Weeki Wachee Boat Rentals to cruise the entire river and it was simple to tie it at the dock. You can’t beat this home and spot on the River. Because there wasn’t anyone checking in/out when we arrived and departed Susan offered us a little bit of extra time and I can’t tell you how much that meant to both of our families. We are already planning our next trip.
