The location of Leniwy Motul is very good, moved from the center to have peace and quiet, but within walking distance from the center, so everything you need is close to you. The building itself is surrounded by nature, with a beautifully landscaped yard and own parking space. The river that flows nearby only complements the pleasant impression. Our apartment was comfortable and clean, with a large terrace facing the nearby hill. Beds are very comfortable. The lady, who welcomed us, did her best to make our stay pleasant.

We reserved and paid at the moment of reservation, but durring our way to Leniwy Motul I received a message that the host made double reservation for our second room, and that a part of our group will be moved to another location. I don't understand how it is possible to make a double reservation of the room. I didn't even get an apology. Considering that our idea was to be all 5 persons together, and that Leniwy Motul isn't cheapest, it seems that we chose the wrong accommodation. As I wrote above, the lady who welcomed us did her best, but she don't speak english, so we have difficulties to understand each other. I guess that's the reason why we didn't get the wifi connection information. And the last, but not the least important, is that, although the bathroom was clean, some not very pleasant smell comes from it, which is felt in the whole apartment and slightly spoils the overall impression of the stay. Also, there wasn't any shower gel.

Everything great. Specifically: spacious, clean and well-fournished room with nice and functional private bathroom. The common area offers multiple ways of free entertainment in case the weather doesn't allow swimming or hiking. Moreover it's located where it doesn't disturb the quiet of the establishment. Comfortable and solid bed. Appreciated the flexibility when checking in slightly earlier than structure policy.
