very good accommodation very clean and all in very good shape inside we have been here at least 4 times always coming back next year if we. could have 412 again would be very grateful and stay was lovely and cannot complain about anything

The huge balcony with a sea view is the main added value (on the 5th floor). The location is good. Not too far from the old city centre.

No reception in the second half of September - no help, no advice, no existence of a reception service.

Great apartments in great location

The apartment (5th floor) had an amazing balcony with a superb view of the sea.. The staff was very kind and flexible with the time for the check-in a big plus as booked on the same day.

Air conditioning wasn't included but it's an optional to be paid at the check-in.

the owner was rude when i called her,not even answering my messages with questions,and the best of it all was a surprise in my luggage and our bathroom,we found two cockroaches. It was disgusting and shocking. Never again.

Very nice view with sea breeze (5th floor), position - a lot of beaches by choice, restaurants or markets, wednesday market, private beach bus stop or public transport.

No wifi covering in the bedroom, missing dish towel and not enough toilet paper.

The apartment has a gorgeous balcony/ terrace, very spacious bedroom, it is very well equipped. It has great location close to town, beaches and shops and restaurants! Any issue that arose during the stay (beyond the owners control) was resolved efficiently and swiftly. I really don't understand the bad reviews some people left for this property that I saw, unless they were looking to book a castle with red carpet treatment, so they chose a wrong address: Buckingham palace is not in Alghero. All in all, me and my partner recommend the place and are hoping we will be able to come back next season :)

Good location, big and clean apartman.

The staff was not available even in open hours, we had to buy toalet paper, and for air condition we should have paid quite high amount.
