Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado del MRT y de un mall. Muchos restaurantes por la zona. Pese a ser un hotel más enfocado a business, tiene una piscina espectacular, zona de jacuzzi y baños turcos. El personal de recepción y en la puerta, muy amables y atentos en todo momento, si necesitas un taxi, agua, ayudarte con las bolsas, un 10 a todos :) Las camas son comodísimas, la habitación está perfecta, la ducha es grande y tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar.

The spa was closed and no service given. Need happy hour offerings but the pool side party made on boarded hotel guests with restrictions.

Best hotels we've stayed in in Singapore. Amazing suites, best pool in Singapore (50m! Wow!) Outstanding staff, very helpful and thoughtful: gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon to a suite and even brought us a little congratulations cake! We arrived very early after a long flight and they managed to give us an early check-in (we knew they couldn't guarantee this, it was much appreciated. Location was brilliant, right next to MRT. Most comfortable bed and pillows we've ever had in a hotel (and I am picky with my pillows) Housekeeping staff were really great! I could keep going, it was truly a great hotel with amazing staff.

Nothing, it was perfect, we will be back.

Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gym ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Schnelle Anbindung ins Zentrum oder auch zur Expo/ Flughafen

Frühstück war zur Stoßzeit sehr voll und man hat ggf keinen Platz bekommen bzw. hat am Pool gesessen. Da war es durch die warme entsprechend warm. Verwirrung beim Fahrstuhl anfangs. Später ging aber alles ohne Probleme.

Location was very convenient for us.

I had booked a double room in December and on check in was told that there were no double rooms available, only twin rooms. The bathroom was not very clean and there was no hot water in the shower. When I left, the man on reception just said ’oh, sorry about that’. Not the standard, or service I would have expected from a five star hotel. Disappointed.
