Convenience close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff

The location was good - near the airport and a great bakery that serves the best breakfasts around the corner. Th accommodation itself is very basic but for the price it was a fair deal. There is hot water available which I appreciated. Be aware that there is no window to the outside world.

Gildardo was quite rude and aggressive when I suggested that he had wrongfully charged me an extra 50000 pesos when it is clearly advertised that there is a free shuttle from the airport to his accommodation. I was very tired and said I would show him proof the next day. Which I did and at the same time and for the sake of peace I offered to pay 50000 pesos for him to take me back to the airport the next day which of course he agreed to do and then was as nice as pie as he drove me to the airport, no doubt worried that he would get a bad review.

Great location for an overnight stay either when you arrive or night before you leave. Close to the airport. The staff were really kind and helpful

It was cold (no heating). The major problem is that there's no sound isolation at all. You hear absolutely everything. I would not recommend it if you need to sleep early evenig or day.

After staying at super loud hostel and after sleepless nights, I needed a place to rest and have a good sleep before my very early morning flight and this hotel was exactly what I needed. The room was super quiet and very clean. The only noise could be heard from time to time was the airplanes which was totally normal considering the hotel is located close to the airport. The owner Gildardo and the lady in charge Yanet were incredible nice. My flight was at night and Gildardo personally assured I safely got into taxi, making sure I was not waiting alone on the street.

There wasnt a single thing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect!

I was announced that I have to leave for 1h earlier than shown here, the room didn’t have any windows towards the exterior and it felt cold and unfriendly, bad water pressure.

The host is exceptional. He was responsive, on time for check in and even offered to drive me to the airport. When my flight was delayed 7 hours he extended my stay and was very nice the whole time!

The rooms are cold but that's basically everywhere in Bogota.
