Closeness to the beach

TVs didn’t work, couldn’t turn heater on , cold water for showers

Location had easy access to inner beach, close to anything you may need while visiting.

I felt the cleaning fee was a bit steep, other than that it was all good

The price and location were good for what we needed it for.

The light in the second bathroom was flickering. A light in the kitchen was burned out. The couch was awful and smelled like urine. The second bedroom only has an overhead ceiling fan light - a lamp would be nice and the ceiling fan was very loud.

For the price... could have had some coffee and maybe a couple waters in the fridge? Hot water was good for about 4 minutes in the shower. Minor complaints but, again, for the price I expect more.

I enjoyed everything about the home it self! It was very clean! Very nice! Very comfy! Amenities included were great! It fits 6 people; perfect for my family. I will definitely try to book here next time!

The beach is only 900 feet away, but I wouldn't let my kids in the beach. As a parent, it is not child-safe. It gets steep too quickly for kids. I drove 30+ mins to Padre Island/Mustang Island. But that is ok, I didn't really mind!

Overall the family enjoyed the house. It was clean and comfortable. Maybe could use a bit more pots and pans. The beach was a short walk away! The patio had a beautiful view which was nice that they had chairs and extra folding tables for outside. Location was great! The only negative to this stay was the MOSQUITOES which of course is due to weather. Those things were ridiculous. The beds were comfy and clean. Bathrooms spacious and the laundry room was definitely great to have!
