The house is spotless with very comfortable king size beds for adults and plenty of single beds for our 5 grandchildren. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! The location is perfect for a walk to the beach, playground, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay at the Razzle Dazzle house again!

The description stated there was: Outdoor shower Outdoor firepit Working Grill Clean Towels Bicycles After we complained there was no propane for the tank for the grill they came to the house to supply one. Bathroom Towels did not seem clean and smelled old and dirty, many of the rugs appeared dirty and not vacuumed. As a renter who paid over 2k for 2 night stay and to have a website that did not represent accurately the amenities available was misleading and is not okay. I would appreciate a partial refund to rectify the situation.

We love everything about the house, especially the decoration, quality of products, and supplies. We highly recommended to a big family or group. The only problem we had was learning the access code to the house and general instructions but I don't think it was the owner's fault but problems with VRBO's site.

Greg was a great host. The house was beautiful. We were able to have all the family come up and celebrate an early Christmas. Everyone absolutely loved it. We will be doing it again next December. And maybe for a week in the summer. Thank you so much for opening your house to us Greg.

The description of this house lists it all. It is an amazing house. You want for nothing with the Razzle Dazzle house. The wrap around porch is absolutley gorgeous. The owner has provided everything you need for a Maine vacation for the kids and adults.

Beautiful, spacious house with lots of room for our large family vacation. Location was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to beach and downtown shops.

A perfect place for a bunch of 30-something’s to enjoy time by the ocean!! Walkable to downtown York and the water, lots of good food nearby, tons of space for us to lounge in the house, and drivable to lots of other cute little coastal towns. Check out Fox’s Lobster Shack!! We also loved the fire pit and all of the available games. All in all, a wonderful place to spend the weekend. One thing we noticed: the air conditioning didn’t work in every room.

The property was exactly as listed and super cute in person! The location was walkable to the beach, and a super close drive to a bunch of small towns. The master suite was incredible and I wish I lived there! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. There basement area was the perfect hangout spot for a large group of people. I would absolutely stay here again!

Enough space to have three different living rooms!

This spacious, beautiful home was the perfect setting for our girl’s weekend away! It’s great location was within walking distance to Nubble Point, the beachfront, and the quaint little downtown area of York! Back at the house, there is an over abundance of comfy areas to sit and and relax. Definitely a spot we will return to! Greg was extremely responsive to any any all inquiries……a great host!

This house was in a great location and neighborhood. Easy walk to Short and Long Sands beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

The house was wonderful. We all enjoyed the spaciousness and the home was equipped with everything we needed. If we had forgotten all of our belonging at home we would have been just fine for the week in this home. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas, bikes, towels, games, puzzles....it was all there as advertised. And super clean! Cheers to the cleaning crew. The pool table and futsbol table in the basement were a big hit for the teenagers. And the location was ideal as we visited both Long Sands and Short Sands daily. We would definitely look to rent with Greg again.

We had a great time at Razzle Dazzle house! The proximity to both beaches was ideal, and the neighborhood was great for families. The house is very well maintained and cared for. You feel right at home. The house gets bonus points for the rec room in the basement.

Razzle Dazzle house was great for our extended family of 13 as listed. A spotless house just a short walk to the beach and town and we enjoyed the sounds of kids playing in the neighborhood. A beautiful sunset walk along Ocean Ave was a great end to the day.

We brought all 5 families together for our reunion! From SF, Phoenix, Texas, New Jersey and New Hampshire! The house was perfect, enough space for everyone! We loved being so close to the beaches! So many new memories were made!

I was welcomed into the main living area by a sign reading “ FAMILY, everything else can wait”. My family and I enjoyed 2 nights in this very comfortable home. We shared home cooked meals in a large dining room. The home entertained us with plenty of board games, TVs, pool table and more. I recommend this beautiful home for any family vacation! We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful family birthday experience.

Had a great weekend at the Razzle Dazzle house in York, ME. The house had plenty of space for our group of 4 couples. We cooked all of our meals (everything needed in kitchen) and enjoyed games around the big dining room table. The Pool table is a great extra! We walked to the shops in town, 7 min walk or so to the shops. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach, but we will next time! The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our short stay, the beds were very comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. We walked to the beach and town. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented for a long week-end with a large group of friends and we were very pleased with the property. We had groups playing board games on three different tables, and the driveway and street-side parking were more than adequate for both those of us staying at the house, and those who lived in the area who just stopped by for the day. If you are looking for a large, comfortable house for a gathering of family or friends, this property gets my highest recommendation. Some places I have rented in the past have frowned upon the idea of additional guests at the property; Greg was enthusiastic in his support of local friends and family joining us at the house during the day. The next time we meet up in the area, I will absolutely be renting this house again.
