Das Zimmer ist groß und durch das Möbiliar und die Farben schön gestaltet, das Doppelbett breit und bequem. Toll ist auch der Blick auf den See. Für uns war außerdem die Fußläufigkeit zum Bahnhof wichtig. Zwar ging es bei der Ankunft abends erst einmal 15 Minuten ordentlich den Berg hoch, aber damit musste man ja rechnen. So kamen wir auch schon gleich am empfehlenswerten Pizza-Imbiss vorbei. Den Schlüsselkasten fanden wir durch die Info mit den Fotos schnell.

Wenn ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon buche, rechne ich schon damit, dass ich darauf auch sitzen kann. Es gab aber weder Tisch noch Stühle darauf. Um Sessel aus dem Wohnbereich hinauszustellen, mussten beide Flügel der Balkontür geöffnet werden, von denen aber einer defekt und nur mit einer Zange zu öffnen war. Auf unsere wiederholte Nachfrage hin wurde uns erst am Nachmittag vor unserer Abreise geholfen, so dass wir den Balkon nur einen von drei Abenden nutzen konnten. - Im Innenbereich wäre ein Wasserkocher praktisch. Vor allem fehlte aber ein zweites Handtuch pro Person (es gab nur ein Duschhandtuch).

Every thing was good

I liked the price. It is very cheap for Locarno/ Lugano.

Please explain that parking must be booked in advance. I didn't book it and arrived very late we had a lot of trouble to park the car. I though I can park the car and pay after. I didn't understand that there is no one at the place.

The rooms were really clean and felt like they were newly renovated. The location was a reasonable walk away from the center and the neighbourhood was peaceful. Check-in was really easy!

Price and balcony, pet friendliness

Clean the bathroom. Shower area was dirty, toilet brush was dirty, bath towels were not fresh.

Good location

For the better part of £300 this was a terrible hotel room. There are no staff- everything is done through a series of boxes. The rooms are basic to say the least, they have no a/c and mine at least was next to a busy road. This is a popular area and books up early, I suspect that the owners is taking advantage of this.

The apartment was bigger than expected. Wc paper like towels were available. The refrigerator is also big enough

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean, the floor was very dirty, the contact person very unfriendly and not courteous. It was a very hot day and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It also did not have fans and even when we asked, we received a curt answer that there are no fans. We could not sleep for a second because of the heat. We opened the windows, of course, but because the apartment is right next to the busy street, we could not sleep a second because of the noise and mosquitoes. I have had the same room in February everything was fine, we didn't needed a fan becaus it was in February. But I paid at that time 100 euros for the accommodation instead of the 317 euros I have paid now. In the living room there is 1 small sofa that is probably there as a decoration, because it is so small that you can hardly sit down. So in total this accommodation is not to be recommended.
