From the moment we walked in the door you could smell the cleanliness of this home. Modern home with all you need. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

when I use entry door ,there are door handle already broken so very so inconvenience.
and when we arrived there are no key in keybox.

Perfect for a holiday by the lake
We stayed a week at Scott and Doreen’s Swansea house over the school holidays and it is definitely deserving of the 5 star reviews!!. It is clean, comfortable, nicely renovated and offers all the comforts and provisions that you would ask for in a holiday cottage. We would love to stay again, the only thing we missed greatly was WiFi with my husband working from home, otherwise it was wonderful!

Great holiday destination
Clean and tidy house close to shops and lake. 3 bedrooms, nice sized back yard, pets allowed. Communication with the owner was awesome, can’t fault anything, great experience, great house and great location.

Home Stay
We are a family of five who found ourselves homeless due to the current rental market. Could not have been happier with Scott helping us when we were desperate. Communication was always great, lovely people to deal with.

We had an amazing time at Scotts place. It is really well equipped and it was great for our week away. The area is also great.

Swansea Stay
The property was well maintained. We were very happy with its cleanliness and how well set up it was. The added touches such as: Xmas decos, larder goodies you could use and replace, dog bowls, dog toys just put a smile on our faces. However due to the granny flat actually sharing your backyard and not just your driveway as advertised was off putting. Whilst the person was not a problem you just felt you had to tip toe around the yard. It really needs to be fenced off. It would be the only reason I might not recommend your property to friends. Also your Ad initially states it as Caves Beach which it was not. But as I said we were thrilled with many aspects and care taken with this property.

Clean, comfortable, central location
When we entered, we were greeted by a clean, bright and cozy home. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable. Wifi was available (essential with kids). The house was also centrally located, within minutes drive to a number of beaches. Only suggestion is to provide mini toiletries for one-off guest use (instead of big bottles that have already been opened and slightly used) and extra bath mats in the ensuite (with no shower doors, the vanity area gets easily wet). But aside from those minor comments, we had a great and enjoyable stay! Highly recommended!

Fantastic Newly Renovated Dog Friendly House
4 nights of comfort - really likely this property - our kelpie loved the back yard and outside area - heaps of kitchen gear - the best house wide aircon for day and night comfort. We'll be back.

Great house to have a home away from home. The only down fall is secure backyard for kids to play around.

Very clean and homely, excellent location close to everything, Yorkie the neighbour was most helpful and friendly. The fish must have had a couple of days rest - o well, next time.
The family loved the place with a return trip in the future.

Great pleace to stay, very clean and comfy beds. Only problem was the beds were not as advertised. Itsays 3rd bedroom has a queen and a single, but it is a double with a single above bunk style with no ladder...not suitable for an older woman to sleep in.
