The self check-in and to get the key was very easy and modern. We didn’t meet anyone. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor, it was big and had 2 big balconies too which were excellent to sit outside. The washing machine and the stand for drying the clothes were also a great help for our stay. The apartment is not that close to the center, it’s a good 20 minutes walk and the port is 25 minutes. It was still OK for us. It’s also helpful that there are a few parking spots reserved in front of the building.

Unfortunately the kitchen was not as equipped as described on booking. There was no dishwasher, although it was mentionned in the description. The cuttleries and dishes were poor and very used and only for 2 people. The espresso maker wasn’t in a good shape either, a bit broken, so the hot coffee burned my fingers when i wanted to pour it into mugs.. The wifi was not available in our apartment, there was only a very week sign on the balcony. The biggest surprise was that a lady rang on our door in the first morning and stepped into (!) the apartment showing some issues. She didn’t speak English, so we used google translate. It turned out, she was a responsible person for the apartments in the building and she said, we are not allowed to use the kitchen, unless we pay extra fee! Seriously? We rent a full apartment and the kitchen is not to be used? Since there was no such thing mentioned on booking, I called the owner immediatley. The lady wanted to take my phone out of my hands, so that she could talk to the owner. I didn’t allowed it to her. The owner spoke only little English but somebody translated to him in the background and I managed to explain him the situation. Finally he said, he will take care of the issue. I told this to the lady and said good bye to her. Indeed we had our peace for the rest of our stay. But still, this wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Very big appartment. There were 2 balcony’s. The self check in was really fast and corona proof. The location is fine, it’s a 15/20 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes drive from Olbia airport. Cute dog from the downstairs neighbor.

Bed was not that comfortable, but we only stayed for 1 night.
