We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and in a lovely location…everything you need within a five minute drive.

My 2 daughters and I stayed at Boho Brighton for a short getaway. Location is perfect…overlooking the ocean with restaurants and cafes nearby. Beach and jetty walks during the day and lots of cosy space to unwind at night. Our lovely host was very helpful and friendly. A great stay away!

The property was superb. There was so much space for a family, it is well thought through and organised. It is directly across for the beach and around the corner from coffee shops. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Beautiful clean home on the seafront. Wonderful balconies too sit and enjoy the views, with the beach a stone throw away. Will hopefully visit again one day!

This house looks beautiful in the photos but is actually even better in real life. The views are amazing from the balconies on level 2 and 3. The property was well stocked with everything needed for a lovely beachside holiday. It was very clean and the wine and chocolate on arrival was a thoughtful touch. We will definitely book again soon.

My family (myself, my husband and 3 daughters) stayed for 3 nights at Boho Brighton over the April school holidays. The property was spacious and beautiful, with amazing ocean views. The location was fantastic, just around the corner from all of the Jetty Road cafes and shops, and straight across from the beach. It was ideal for us as we were visiting family who live in Brighton. We will be back!

You really can't go past this property if you want the best beach experience - unless you buy a house by the beach. From the moment you drive in through the automatic gates and open the remote controlled door into your own double garage, you feel like you are driving in to your own place, not a hotel somewhere. Once you walk inside, you are greeted with a sleek modern kitchen, dining and lounge area that lacks nothing for a comfortable stay. That experience is replicated as you check out the outside living areas, complete with Webber BBQ and outdoor seating. The same applies when you head up stairs to living areas, bedrooms and spacious bathrooms - there is a spa tub as well. Living here for a day, week or month is easy, especially with a cool drink out on one of the the balconies. But it's about more than the perfect property and the beach and jetty across the road - you are also right next door to a pub with good dining that begins with breakfast 7 days, a fantastic Thai place around the corner (In Thais - really good), and a host of other places where you can always find something to eat. Don't want to go out? No problem - the internet connection in the house was great, so on line ordering wasn't a problem - neither was watching Netflix on all 3 TVs at once (the house has it's own netflix account, no need to sign yourself in) There is also a bottle shop attached to the pub so you can keep the large kitchen fridge stocked with what ever you need. We stayed with our 3 kids, aged 2, 5 and 7, and they had a ball. We didn't even have to worry about the stairs with the little one - there were retractable safety barriers installed across the stairs to stop falls. On the first day of our visit the temperature was 40c - the air conditioner had no problem keeping us cool which was great once we returned from the beach. You will not be disappointed with this place - we certainly weren't...

This property is absolutely fabulous. The most stunning views of Brighton Beach and pier. So close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Everything has been done to make you feel welcome. For large groups it is ideal with 4 different seating areas to chill out and relax. Well equipped and really tastefully furnished. Elisa communicated in a friendly and timely manner. Being next to the Pub held no issues at all and we never experienced noise or behaviour problems. We were really sad to leave. Thank you Elisa for allowing us to stay at your beautiful accommodation 😊

Boho is a very easy place to hang around, the beach is right out front and the main street of Brighton is 50m from the front door, there are several choices for cafes or restaurant type meals. It's definitely not high-brow along Jetty Rd but that's not why one goes there. McLaren Vale is only 30 mins away. Boho is at the higher end as a property but it's relaxed at the same time. The spaces to chill-out abound. Very family orientated but great for couples etc. We had a great short stay for a couple of days with our terrier and Elisa was very easy to deal with. Didn't wish to leave but that's that. Highly recommend it. Treat yourself and your special people.
