Great condo! Great Location! Limited parking available. EZ check in and check out. The rooms beds were comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is almost unsleepable. Had to add blankets to sleep on to cushion from springs. We will come back

This condo is the perfect place to stay with the family. It provides all of the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Easy access to the Comal River and the pool There are also BBQ grills and picnic tables. Any questions I had were very politely answered by our host. We had a wonderful time. We will be back !!!

Inverness is located just right so that if you launch your tubes there and get out at the end, it's about a 70 minute float and just a 5 minute walk back to Inverness. Quality of condo was better than expected, and entire process of check in/out was smooth.

The furniture is nice and beds are comfortable. The river is accessible right from the back of the complex and you can exit the river and walk back to the condo easily. Very close to downtown shopping and restaurants, and the Schlitterbaun is literally right across the street. Great unit for a variety of purposes for visiting New Braunfels. Highly recommend.

THe appliances and washer and dryer are updated, the furniture is in good condition, and overall a pleasant experience.

It is clean, updated, comfortable beds, but noisy. Not ideal for someone traveling with a small child. Got a lot of noise from the direction of the hallway, the windows toward the outside, and people in the parking lot which the unit pretty much overlooks.

We had a great time at this rental it was nice and clean. The only complaints was the water pressure in the shower is low and the parking is hard to maneuver if you have a truck it’s small tight spaces in the assigned area.

First night was okay, second day there I had a older woman (who lived there) threatened my older daughter at the pool with my 5 year old that security was coming because she wasn't wearing her wristband. Later that same day, that same lady was going from car to car in the parking lot and my daughters car had a parking pass hanging in the window (she couldn't see it). Makes the security guard call to have it towed. Again it had a parking pass. We weren't the only ones she was doing it to and I understand her trying to make sure that people who shouldn't be there should leave. Then lastly, I get a call from River CIty Resorts at 10:30 at night saying we have a suspicious smell coming from our room. FIrst, we had 6 tubes on our balcony, there was no way someone could be out there, second, we were so pooped from the day everyone was either asleep or laying in bed. In all our years of staying here, and we have stayed in 210 many times, this was by far the most difficult.

Everything was at your fingertips. Perfect location. Property manager was very helpful. Condo and are was beautiful. Very nice atmosphere. The pool overlooks the river so that was really nice. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles but ended up working out. I do give this condo and resort a 5 star but would like to mention something for future renters. Be sure and take a black out curtain and clips, or something to drape over the master bedroom window. The garage lights and down stair dome lights shine straight into the room and it's like it's day time during sleeping hours. Also, take an air mattress if you have more than 4 guests. We tried using the pull out but could literally feel the springs so we couldn't use it. I'm not taking any star ratings from our stay bc besides that it was wonderful. Also, this may have never been mentioned before and the owner may not know. Now they have the opportunity to maybe try and fix just those couple of things. Again, we really enjoyed our stay!!

I gave the property clean a slight ding because the floors were dirty. someone was walking around barefoot and their feet turned black. everything else was clean though, towels, dishes, sinks, bathrooms, i think the floor may have just been an oversight by the cleaning crew. would definitely go back again though!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely clean & stocked with everything you need for two days. If you stay longer, you will have to bring a few more supplies. The river is beautiful & refreshing but if you’re planning to float with young kids, I warn against doing it on a Friday or Saturday. We had a scary experience of losing site of our 10 year old...he was under water at th water shoot & there 1,000 people. We lost him for a good 3 minutes & it was terrifying. The tube rental folks don’t warn you about the bottleneck at the water chute.
