The condo was excellent except for the bed which was raised up two steps on a platform with no handrails. Never saw anything like it. The lock box was difficult to operate.

Being on the 14th floor was fun -- great to watch the parade of life on the beach and at the pool as well as the changing skycape from the balcony such a height.

Very responsive management, nice view. The location is great, right on the beach. Stores and restaurants nearby.

Apartment was great, nice aesthetic vibe. I was very happy with the location and view from the room. The surrounding area is filled with places to eat, shop and enjoy. Very close to the airport. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a pleasant get away!

Place was real bad dirty tub dirty walls bugs it needs to be remodeled location and view excellent.. but very disappointed with condo conditions..

We booked at the last minute so the options were limited. Boy did we get lucky. The views are spectacular. Bedroom had an elevated bed with wall to wall windows. Everyone was super friendly and location was spot on. Restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. We willd efinitely be back!

The views were everything! Outside grounds was well kept and the pool and surrounding area. The apt can use a little TLC but overall it was a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in this place. It was clean, nice extra touches, fantastic bed and view, perfect location. We will be back.

This property was perfect for us. The pool and beach are gorgeous, the view from the balcony can't be beat. It's very close to the places we wanted to visit (Old San Juan, Piñones, El Yunque) and it was so convenient to be in walking distance of pharmacies, restaurants, etc.

Loved the facility, location & easy communication with staff. However, the bathroom & kitchen could use some updates.

We (family of 4) cannot say enough about the property, owners and management. This was our Christmas vacation and everything was just perfect nothing better we could ask for. Location - Cannot beat the location with easy access to everything. Restaurants, activities, grocery store, old San Juan. Property - Even better than the pictures. The view was breathtaking and every amenity needed for basic living was provided. From linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The sofa bed was perfect for the kids. Owners - They made sure guests felt like home. To start with they had stocked with milk, cereal, bread, cheese, juice, eggs, few cans of coke and beer was a very nice welcome. Rental Management - From the time we booked the property the communication by the rental office was very clear and check in process was very smooth and easy to follow. They were always ready to help and answer any questions. Overall a wonderful experience and we would love to come back to the same place again in our next visit to PR.

The view was great, the apartment was even better than the photos. Very clean. A very nice touch was the host provided some snacks and drinks that was so welcoming. The bus stop is just outside, steps to the beach, nice pool. No complaints.

This was the perfect location for our family of four. Location was very convenient. Communication with the owner was perfect, no concerns. The condo itself is not fancy, but this was not a high priority for us. This met all of our needs and we had a fantastic experience.

The view of the beach had me when I walked in the door! The place was very clean and even had items left for us to get started- rum, coffee, bread, eggs, milk. Check-in was easy and the parking garage made parking our rental car so easy. The pool, beach and basketball court were a daily for us, all right outside the back entrance. Beach chairs, towels and a basketball all in the condo for us to use. Plenty of linens as well. The balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for early mornings and late evenings relaxing listening to the waves. Location was great too, close to everything we wanted to do. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I'd definitely stay here again, I highly recommend.

The views was spectacular, the place was very clean and everything we needs was available. The apartment was near everything restaurants, small shops CVS, Walgreens and the mall. The beach and the great big pool was right in our backyard. Everything was perfect. We got a lot more than what we anticipated and paid for. It was definitely worth the price. Will stay there again and will recommend family and friends to do the same.

i had trouble getting into the place (outdated lockbox) but once i was in it was great!! it was clean , nicely located, the view was amazing, hearing the ocean breeze from the bedroom was awesome. it had everything needed for the beach so no need to go paying for chairs on the beach. Everything needed was in walking distance from the 24 hr walgreens directly across the street to the sushi resturant 2 doors down across the street, it was delicious we went twice. I'll definitly be back an staying at this location.

Between the views from the balcony and the bedroom, the location being so close to restaurants and grocery stores, and the price of this condo, it doesn’t get any better! It is not large, and it is dated, but it was clean had everything we needed for our week on the beach. Management was quick to respond and building security was great. The pool was huge, the condo was stocked with a few groceries, we were steps to the beach and absolutely would stay here again!

Our stay was great! The views from the apartment are beautiful! The property left some Puerto Rican coffee and some starting snacks for us which was a great touch! Everything we needed was within walking distance! So happy I chose this spot!

Overall, this is a very nice condo but there were several major issues that prevent me from giving it a great review. PROS - Location, clean, view, communication with rental manager were all great. CON - A/C unit was (still) extremely loud, like sleep prohibiting loud. This definitely needs to be addressed. B/C unit is on the 14th floor it's CRITICAL that the A/C run at night. Even if ceiling fans, or at the very least box or unit fans were provided, this would've helped circulate the air. STOVE - had a HUGE crack on the surface top. I was so scared when we checked in thinking the mgt might think we did it, b/c certainly they wouldn't rent it out this way. But they did know about it but have been waiting on a repair. Okay, but tell us thought so I don't get a fright seeing this upon arrival. POOL - it is closed every Monday for "cleaning." A whole day, yes. Also, you can only use the pool for 1 hour/day and it needs to be reserved and obtain the key from front desk security. This is of course very cumbersome and not even worth the trouble. I paid extra for a pool but never used it b/c of these strict limitations. Not blaming the rental company but they need to communicate this very important factor to potential renters. There were some other maintenance issues that should be addressed like rusty dish rack, super worn countertops, A/C creates a huge puddle of water.. again, all these things add up. I do appreciate that when I addressed this to management after we departed they were fair with recompense and seemed to want to correct it. I am not a picky person but we also have a rental property in Va Beach and I think these issues were important to let renters know about. Overall, it is a nice condo with lots of great amenities but until those issues (some of which I know are out of their control) are corrected, I would not rent here again. There are many other properties in Isla Verde area to consider.

Check in can be a pain - park your car by security, check in with them, go up stairs and grab keys, then you can park in the garage. We didnt grasp the process at first, then it was clear. Not hard, just a lot of back and forth. However, you will have 3 sets of keys and 1 set of garage opener, which is awesome if youre traveling with a group.Communication with the propwrty manager was amazing. They truly take pride in prompt and quick responses. The security in the building, and the booking processes is strict, but that made us feel safe. The Apartment is exactly as its pictured. In fact, i think the photos need to be updated. the apartment is even better in person. The view is outstanding. The apartment was almost perfect! I slept on the couch bed, and to be honest it wasnt bad at all. The kitchen has cereal, rum, beer, and sodas upon arrival - which was such a nice touch! plenty of towels and extra sheets. The place is very big, and feels like home! The pool requires you to go with by the security and grab a key and check in, then you can enjoy the pool. Make sure you have your keys in order to get onto the beach - beach is clean and right at your doorsteps.There are plenty of bars, CVS, smoke shops, bars within steps of the apartment.The negative about the apartment? The air conditioning. First off, IT IS SO ALOUD. It is like a roaring machine. it was pretty annoying. Also, it takes awhile to really kick in and cool off the apartment. This is why i said this apartment is almost perfect. The AC sound is like a loud machine, and the strength kinda sucks.Would i stay here again? Absolutely.

The condo was clean and in a great location! The owner left us some staples in the fridge along with some PR beer and rum!!! It was greatly appreciated!! There were also plenty of places to eat within walking distance and walgreens right across the street for other items. But the best part was the view!! It was an amazing spot!!

The mattress on the fold out was horrible, we went and bought a blow up mattress and left behind. Unfortunately, we were quarantined and had to leave a day early.

It was a good price first of all! The property manager was kind enough to stock some meat and cheese and some beverages. After a long flight this was so appreciated after a long flight and nighttime arrival. The beach was beautiful. There is no sunrise to be see from this view but it is unobstructed to the beach. Reviews are right that step from the bed is a little tricky but you get used to it. Directions and how to navigate the property were spot on. The ac is so loud we did not use it at all. Ocean breezes were cool enough most of the time . Felt safe and secure . Do t look for a real beach vibe. No bra h restaurant is close . Good local vibe. I would stay again !

This place has a beautiful beach in front of it with a near by beach bar and restaurant that's great. They are very accommodating and we really had everything we needed in the condo! Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!
