Beautiful garden and lovely decorated rooms. Spacious, clean bathroom. Amazing breakfast! Great views over the mountains. The staff was super friendly! The pool area was spacious with trees and vineyards nearby. Restaurants was nice (though very expensive too). The wine tour by the new tour guide was lovely too.

The room above us was very loud. The old wooden floor cracked whenever someone was walking there. Bathroom could be heard too. Recommendation would be to not use so much 'one time only products. Especially in the spa I had to use plastic slippers twice just to walk up the stairs and then be thrown away. The lovely smelling shampoo etc. could be in fixed bottles within the shower instead of tiny plastic bottles. Would be great if they look further at more environmentally friendly options. Still a great stay and we will be back!!!

We expected some resting points on the area for eldery people… not everyone wants to sit by the pool Another disappointment was the marriage held during our stay, we were asked to move our car from parking lot in advantage for the guests of the wedding, so we had the feeling that paying guests on vacation on the property have less importance …. Room Zaffareno not ideal for eldery people… no single chair to sit in

Amazing location with a huge property where you can go for a walk. Nice view from the pool, we recommend to enjoy an aperitivo there. Very friendly staff. Cosy and clean room! Large breakfast buffet.

We booked a message at the wellness centre of the resort but we would not recommend it, very loud music. More a problem of the other guests rather than the accomodation itself, but we experienced a lot of noise in our room from a big group. The food at the restaurant was not worth the price and the service was slow.

It was my second time there and it was nice as last time. Warmly recommend.

Some small things. Probably caused by covid pause and rules.

Lovley place to stay and enjoy nice landscapes. We stayed in family room (2 kids, 2adults). There were plenty of room and a big kitchen. Our room situated very close to pool, it was comfortable for kids. Beakfast was very good.

Really nothing that I did not like

EVERYTHING was excellent! The room, the view, the staff, the pool, the hiking (walking) opportunities. Historic Urbino is only 9 Km away. We had excellent dinners in the restaurant and great breakfasts in the patio. A true resort, with bikes and horses available, and ... did I mention the pool?

Maybe a slightly later check-out (say, 6 PM) -- we hated to leave.
