Great location, very clean & big rooms, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Close to the beach, good service and good food. Various choices for breakfast and dinner.

We had an early flight so arranged for and earlier breakfast which consisted in coffee, tea and 2 muffins.

Incredible, the staff is so warm and Nice, especially George, the gardener who is especially sweet, but also the cleaning woman of floor 3. The gym is on point and is the most equiped i have seen in a hotel. Everything was exactly like the pictures, i would have loved staying more

Everythin was good

This was our second stay in the Grecian Sands Hotel for the past few years. While the overal expression was very good the one thing has spoiled it this time. Upon departure during the check out I received the list of itemized charges, such as pool bar, room services, etc. in this list I did not recognize four charges for using the Ulysses bar which I or my wife never attended. When I asked your staff about it it appeared to be an ice delivery to my room. However, I was told that the ice was free of charge, the two of four attached receipts from Ulysis bar showed the charge of 8.5 Euro for Brandy which I never ordered and received, the other two receipts showed 2 Euro charges without any other details. Plus ALL Four checks attached to the standard hotel form from the bar did not include my signature on them. The bottom line is that the four deliveries of ice, which I accept, were not complimentary, plus two of these charges showed wrong orders (Brandy) which I never ordered and received. Hope you’ll pay appropriate attention to this case in order to improve services.

The views were spectacular. Good walking distance to the town. the room was well sized and very clean and comfortable.

Some of the spa facilities were closed. It was difficult to get a spot near the pool and beach area during the day

The brekfast did not meet my excpectations. The indoor pool was freezing.

Very friendly and kind staff. Particularly when we needed some help with my husbands health issues,they were very supportive which we appreciated very much. Also the view from our room was spectacular!!!

Unfortunately the weather was not very good during our stay but still we found things to enjoy with the kids

This is my second time in this hotel, last time I had a room with a sea view and this time I took the garden view. If you get the ‘garden view’ room located at the side of the front entrance to the hotel, you’ll be regularly woken up by extremely loud staff shortly before 7am, at the time when they are arriving at work. That’s quite irritating for those who want to enjoy quiet mornings, or sleep longer. I like everything else about the hotel, so if I would like to come back I would only go to the other side of the hotel, unless the hotel management does something about this meanwhile.

Large room with sea view and excellent hotel facilities: private beach, large pool, tennis courts, breakfast buffet etc. Attentive and friendly staff who were always willing to help; cleaning staff, pool attendants, front of house - all wonderful.

Bathroom shower could have been better and it would have been nice to have a more casual evening meal option.

Easy Access to the sea

The location close to an (extremely crowded) sand beach and some sea caves; the beautiful sea views from our room and from the breakfast/lunch cafe; the breakfast itself; most of the personnel.

While making a reservation I asked for a quiet room. After the arrival, we were put in a room in the 4th floor directly unter the Burger Bar. So even with our windows closed at night to partially block out the extremely loud music/singing from the nearby (?) bars, we were subjected to the loud scraping of the chairs on the floor of the Burger Bar above - daily (except on Mondays) until approx midnight. I do know that booking requests cannot always be granted depending on the availability, however, I am convinced the receptionist should have at least warned us that the only (?) room available in the category booked was the extremely loud one below the bar. And even if putting us into a different room (maybe of a different category?) would not have been possible, she should have at least apologised. As it is, my booking wish was simply ignored, as if non-existent.

Absolutely incredible location, stunning view, amazing rooftop burger place, and lobby (with live music some nights).

Territory was adorable - grass, sunbeds, huge pool, sea way is not long and beach was good. There were many different zones to relax. Distance to the center is also comfortable.

1. I requested double bed, but there were two beds instead. 2. Pool bar waiters were slow and tried not to notice guests and accept orders. 3. The excursion around the hotel or at least plan would help to orient inside better (the breakfast area was not obvious).
