Dies ist ein wunderschönes, angrenzendes Apartment in Studio-Größe, das das ländliche Wohngefühl mit Annehmlichkeiten mit einfachem Zugang verbindet. Die Küchenzeile hat einen Herd, Kaffeemaschine (mit Kaffee!) Ein Toaster und ein Backofen für die Gäste sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sorgen für Komfort und Leichtigkeit. Es gibt ein Queensize-Bett, perfekt für zwei Personen, einen Futon und einen Memory-Foam-Ottoman für zusätzliche Gäste. Das Badezimmer hat auch eine komfortable Badewanne. Alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen und erholsamen Aufenthalt brauchen.
Wir haben eine perfekte Lage mit einfachem Zugang zu wunderschönen Einkaufszentren wie Kierland und The Scottsdale Quarter, die 20 Minuten entfernt sind und Spaß machen. Country Western-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Frontier Town / Cave Creek und Carefree sind nur 15 Minuten entfernt! Wir sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu saisonalen Sonderveranstaltungen wie Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open und The Arabian Horse Show. Wunderschönes Wandern auch in der Umgebung!

perfect location for the events we were there to see
place was clean and cozy and liked having the kitchen available especially for my morning coffee
i would definitely bring my wife and baby to stay at the property if we wanted to getaway for a weekend

Wonderful space for a studio apartment. It’s decorated very cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer. It’s not totally updated but I have no complaints. The owner is fantastic.

Multi-day stay
The apartment is super clean, the owner is really nice. There are cooking facilities but not an oven. There is a toaster oven and toaster and microwave as well as a cooktop. The backyard is a lovely desert scene.

Great space, the owner set the temp to what I asked for. Space was very clean, had everything that I needed, wifi was a bit weak, but still functional. Bed was a bit soft as was the couch, but more than adequate. Great stone floors and the backyard was perfect for watching the lunar eclipse. Owner is super nice and very engaging/ accommodating. Her response time when communicating was spot on. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends, when I do not plan to be there.

Hilary pays so much attention to her desert landscaped property and her casita. I always enjoy staying here and chatting ! The casita envelopes you with safety and security as well as the location in the peace of the Sonoran desert!

Perfectly suited for our needs
We booked this casita on short notice and were pleasantly surprised by both the accommodations and by the location. Its quiet location was just what we needed with our 3 dogs. Hillary was delightful and friendly. Highly recommended for a small family!

We liked the location, very convenient to Carefree and Cave Creek in particular. Nice hostess, attentive to any needs you may have. Beautiful interesting property and neighborhood, we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood.

With the exception of intermittent wifi and streaming signal for television reception, this little place was perfect for me and my wife. Hillary was a friendly and gracious hostess. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very comfortable casita. Open and spacious and well equipped.They area is quiet so the sounds of the desert can be heard.

We found the casita clean, quiet and safe. In the evening, we enjoyed playing cards on the outdoor patio and watching the birds.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The studio was great and Hilary's garden was beautiful. The cactus were blooming and the birds was in abundance to watch. The most beautiful sunsets. It was peaceful and quiet really night or day. Hilary was great. I'll be coming back to the area I can only hope that this will be available again when I come back. Thank you Hilary for a great first experience to Arizona. Wish we had more time to stay.

We loved the casita and the peaceful rural location yet close proximity to shopping. Beautiful desert hiking trails are nearby. The mornings are filled with birdsong and peace.
