Bar was lovely, staff friendly and helpful.
Is a 30mins walk plus to the cathedral, bed was hard and the doubles are a small double. Rooms could easy have a bigger bed.

Location good as nice stroll into town and staff at hotel were outstanding in explaining how to get there. Room very clean and comfortable with fabulous soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. All staff were excellent and when the door card didn’t initially work went over and above to sort it quickly. Nice atmosphere in place. Linen very nice and clean and the whole place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was outstanding, and could not be faulted. An excellent hotel experience and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The room was perfect, lovely shower and clean comfy pillows, the hotel was centrally located to where we wanted to be and athe town centre and attractions were all in walking distance.
The first night we found the room too cold and the heating only blew cold air, we reported it the next morning and whilst we were out the staff put an electric heater in the room and it was lovely and warm when we returned.

A great place to stay to enjoy Lincoln. A short walk to the city centre. Hotel has parking (£8.50 for 24 hrs), is clean, warm, friendly staff and a very decent breakfast included in the price. The dining area for breakfast is really nicely furnished and a nice space to sit and chat whilst watching the world go by. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

paid £163 for 1 night, the room had a double bed, and a sofa bed. the sofa bed seemed flimsy and not comfortable at ALL.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast. The location is ideal to explore on foot. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The food available in the evening was very good but more choice would be a bonus.

Room was comfortable (good air-conditioning), well cleaned and all service was cheerful and quick. Although this was "Express" the restaurant menu was OK, especially the curries. Breakfast was slightly limited but plentiful and tasty. Lounge and bar were comfortable.
The car park was expensive at £5 per night even for a motorcycle. There was almost no storage (one drawer) in the room. Obviously designed just for overnight stays and not intended for my 4 night stay and I was solo. It is definitely not practical for a couple or family for multi-night stays.

the location was excellent to access the town centre. it was exactly what it said on the tin - a Holiday inn express, short on luxuries but clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good
paying for parking on top of the hotel fee. I found this particularly frustrating as we were on a motorbike and didn’t take up any car spaces but reception insisted we still had to pay the full car parking fee
