De ligging

Het was niet schoon en eerst zaten we in appartement 131 daar was niet eens een keuken in , na een klacht de andere dag naar een andere appartement verhuist was beter maar ook niet echt schoon. Zal dit complex aan niemand aanbevelen.

The location is good and some of the staff were helpful. The pool area is also nice.

The room was very dated. Only 1 pot to cook / boil water with. No microwave or kettle. No cleaning products in kitchen area. Towels changed once during my stay. Squeaky bed. The room was not that clean on arrival (hair on sheets, dirt on the floor in the bedroom) and was not cleaned properly during my stay. Noise from renovations of other rooms. Indifferent staff most of the time.

I loved the pool and attached restaurant. The pool is the perfect depth, almost 6feet in the majority. Very comfortable to swim in. I also loved the staff at the pool bar, they were really sound and made the stay memorable! Thanks to Alex & Grace we were made feel welcome! I think once the hotel has finished upgrading all the rooms and (improves the beds & mattresses)and sorts out it's air conditioning issues it can be a 5 star hotel.

I didn't like that I booked an air conditioned room and got a room where staff knew the AC was broken, in July this is unacceptable but they did move me to a new room after one night. I did not like the beds. They were rough to sleep on, the provided couch/sofa bed in the superior rooms are far nicer to sleep on. I stayed on the 4th floor and the cannabis smell was very strong. Additionally, people do not follow the quiet hours signs posted everywhere around the halls. Some people were extremely loud during our stay and that seemed to be the norm

Really lovely staff despite the language barrier, very clean, pool facilities nice and was easy to get a sun lounger.

Could do with a second pillow on beds and more than one key per room as if one person wants to go out then the others cannot.

We liked this hotel. We have seen it a few times on our stays in the resort so thought we'd give it a go this time and glad we did. Very friendly staff (all of them), good food, great pool area. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and road. Good all round location between ingles beach, the dunes and close to shopping areas, restaurants, bars etc. Room was functional with TV, modern shower, kitchenette area including hob and a few utensils. Fan in bedroom and aircon throughout. Good wardrobe storage and safe available (for a fee). free Wifi seemed strong throughout the hotel. Late checkout is available from the standard 12.00 to either 4pm or 8pm for a small fee of 15/29 Euros respectively if this room is available. Please keep up the good work. We've already booked our next stay!

We dont like the negative reviews who dont seem to rate it in relation to what you pay! This isnt a 5* so dont expect that. But for the money, it is great value with great service. Any niggles that we had were insignificant in relation to this.

Great location, friendly staff, clean communal areas

No working light in the kitchen, balcony chair was snapped, damaged sockets throughout the room, shower head attachment damaged, bathroom door would not shut properly. Paid £300 more than a friend in the same hotel at the same times who had none of these issues.
