We had a couple next door to us that were very noisy and stayed up til 4.30am they were in and out of their room and scream and yelling apart from that we loved our stay

Good size of room and handy to town.
Spa pools are no working, checked with the staff but they said the spa pools are automatically. We been there about half an hour still no working. The facility are no maintenance.

Nice rooms, nice breakfast, wifi is fast enough if you ask for the special guest access key.
The chubby night manager with glasses had an attitude, the parking lot is horribly designed so I ended up damaging my rental car. The wifi is limited to 2000 mb (basically nothing) if you don’t ask for the special key. The gym is completely outdated!

The room was cold. Air conditioning unit noisy
Bath slippery and no rubber bath mat to place in it when having a shower. This is a safety hazard for elderly people.
A hair dryer would have been a plus had there been one.

no microwave, no milk. the air conditioning is too loud, and we had to turn off at night.

The external appearance is ugly but the interior apartment decoration positively surprised me !!!

The beds were very comfortable and the curtains were great at the blocking out sunlight. The morning receptionist was very lovely
The night receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt silly asking questions because I got unfriendly responses - I felt very unwelcome. The directions given to me were very poor and I got lost trying to find my room. The two doors connecting the rooms made me feel uncomfortable, as I had two young kids with me. Even though I was assured they couldn’t open, the night receptionist didn’t do this in a friendly way.

The room was very comfortable, the bed especially so. We enjoyed being on the top floor and having a balcony. It was very quiet.
I didn't realise we would have to use the car so much to get around. The hotel was further away from the city centre than I had realised.
