They didn’t give me flexibility to cancel the last night although I had a very important reason to travel

very convenient for my office and just a short (albeit not pleasant) walk from the airport. friendly front of house staff and a large room, for which I was grateful

it’s tired. ugly brown stained carpet, dated furniture. surprisingly noisy air conditioning system. fancy pant bed adjuster didn’t work and I couldn’t work out how to turn off one of the main lights!

Location and facilities. Breakfast was a must!

Beautiful comfortable hotel, close to the airport. We had a flight cancellation and needed a room at short notice and this provided the convenience and comfort we were looking for

Don't book through booking.com if it's last minute! Because it was booked out of hours (though it showed as available), the booking wasn't in the hotel system, so we were left trying to explain to the night porter at 2am, before we eventually booked a new room and resolved it with the (very capable and understanding) hotel management next morning

Even if the hotel is close to the airport you need to take the shuttle, not walking distance

We are very glad that we stayed in this hotel, even just for one night. We were on the way to Chamonix to ski, therefore we decided to stay one night at Geneva before travelling to Chamonix. I want to especially thank the staff of this hotel. During our stay, my husband got a terrible toothache and was unable to sleep the entire night. The staff was very helpful and offered a lot of help to us. Calling many hospitals in the middle of the night for us and kept calling many dentists in the morning until they found a dentist appointment for my husband. Thank you so much!!
