I read reviews about it being out dated. But it was totally fine. How a sub-tropical, countryside, sports club vibe to it. Great value.

We liked the price for last moment booking and free shaded parking.

The pool was empty even though it was the begging oh June, so we weren't able to use it. Ones u leave your car is comfortable walk to the beach 15min and centre about 30min, but not much paving on the road.

Pleasant resort, very much focused on it’s tennis facilities but still looking as if its stuck in the 1980s but ideally suitable for updating. The pool is fabulous and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was just a croissant.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY BAD !!! really the worse hotel I have ever booked ! 1st they give us a room full of smoke and smell witch was coming from the kitchen of the restaurant which was in the middle of the hotel … after one hour they gave us another room witch was also smelling but didn’t had smoke inside like the 1st room , this room had dirty floors very unconfutable beds and was very nosy ! we cold hear noise from the restaurant all night till 2 am could not sleep ! very bad experience for the price is asking ! this hotel is very bad should have very low ranking on booking … I have never had such a bad experience since I m booking with booking !

The hotel had been a very important sports club before as we noticed while staying there and still continuous... people come from around to play tennis, swim etc.. It’s in a very greeny beautiful place and the location is great if you have a car, cause the center is 3-5 mins by car. I don’t recommend to go to the center by walking because San Remo is mountainous and most of the people there they use motorcycles.The hotel has a big swimming pool and a restaurant with delicious food.

The quadrable rooms are next to the restaurant exactly ( I don’t know about the other ones).The thing was that at night was too noisy if you wanted to rest or sleep.People from all around were coming only for the delicious food they have.For us it was nice to see how Italian people talk and react but when we wanted to sleep we could hear the loud noises. The rooms need serious renovation. The place and the building is very beautiful but needs work to be done. They only tidy up the room and change the towels, but not the bedsheets and they don’t swipe the floor well specially under the beds.
