La vue sur mer, le personnel au top ( Mouloud et Oscar on adore ), le buffet excellent ( prendre la demi-pension absolument même pour les végétariens) les soirées musicales, l’ambiance familiale.

Chambre +salon: vieillissants mais propres. Le bruit : chambre entre le bar et la terrasse du restaurant ( l’ambiance du soir jusqu’à minuit et le matin 7h30 les chaises qui raclent au dessus…). Le bazar dans la piscine: Sauts, plongeon, ballons…( aucun respect des règles car pas de maître nageur ). Un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes à l’hôtel et très en enclavée entre les bâtiments. Visites : Rien à faire à pied sauf la plage. Il faut prendre la voiture pour visiter Fornells.

La piscine était parfaite pour un enfant en bas âge, la personne à l’accueil très sympathique.

Nous avons eu une chambre collée au bar et quelques étages sous le restaurant et donc très bruyante. Impossible de faire dormir notre fils avant minuit, heure de fin du concert ce soir là.

The views were spectacular. Or apartment was recently modernised and was lovely, spacious and cool with a good aircon. There was a large bath in the bathroom (which was a nice surprise) plus a stand alone shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and not too cold. The quiet location was nice but there are still quite a few lovely restaurants and bars nearby plus a good supermarket up the road. Plus a short taxi ride away is the Fornells harbour which has lots of restaurants and is really charming. It was all better than I expected.

Our Do Not Disturb sign kept being blown off the door by the wind so the maid would ring the doorbell early every morning! A better designed sign might help. There are lots of steps around the property because it's on a side of a hill so it wouldn't be good for those with less mobility.

The location of the hotel is stunning - there is a phenomenal view from the terrace. The food choice is limited but the quality of the food is very good. A good drinks menu and strong cocktails! The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very old fashioned and our bathroom was cramped (you had to walk in sideways to fit in). The evening meal starts too late for children (730pm) as does the evening entertainment (930pm). It says it’s a family hotel but I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children. There are a lot of stairs to navigate and no offer of help with suitcases. It’s not in Fornells itself (which is a drive away) and very few other places to eat and drink. You will want to hire a car if you want to get out and about.

Friendly, comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning in the apartment (not too noisy).
