The location was very convenient. Apartment is comfortable and premium views is nice.

The price for money was not worth it. Every time issues with breakfast, either not enough food, coffee or place. Some of their stuff extremely rude and lecturing about things and clearly they are understaffed so waiting for things take time.

Les restaurants mauvais....autant le buffet que le grill qui lui est cher en plus Le parc aquatique PAYANT en plus alors que c'est le principal des photos mis en avant et que c'est loin d'être écrit en gros dans l'annonce

Location is great, in front of the beach (Cala Tirant) and with direct access to the slide and splash park. Staff was kind and helpful. There were a few minor problems at the beginning but the hotel also checks for an intermediate review during the stay and they addressed the identified issues which were solved (this is very positive and not that common that hotels do this kind of assessment). Didn't need to use it but also found very useful and a good feature to have the kit for washing the dishes.

The parking that was indicated is quite far from some of the rooms/houses which makes it difficult in arrival and departure with the bags. We discovered later that there is a parking closer when one stays in the other extreme of the resort. A suggestion: laundry service could be made available for guests instead of just having a place for automatic laundry machines with coins. This is an important feature in a place that receive so many families with kids. We used the machines (the washer and the dryer)... and it takes quite a while and the dryer wasn't working properly. Also, with so many mosquitos in the surroundings (and there were a lot) it would be nice if there were mosquito nets in the windows (it's something quite easy to do and in the heat it would allow to open the windows at night/morning).

The territory of the hotel is beautiful and green. The beach is perfect for toddlers. The staff is friendly. A supermarket is in the territory of the hotel.

Very close to the beach, nice pool and location. The beach was not crowded, easy to get a place on the beach without being too close to others. Easy to park the car nearby and a nice supermarket very close.

We need to wear a bracelet with no practical benefit. Typically the use of bracelets is to let staff know that you are entitled to breakfast and avoid other bureaucracy, but when we get to dinner or breakfast they always questioned us for the room number and check on their forms if we were entitled to it or not. The dinner includes all drinks, but not wine, the only alcoholic beverage included is beer. this is not very cleared when you request the half pension.

The location is great. Right on the beach and 3 min away from picturesque village of Fornells. Everything is kept clean Good food quality for breakfast and dinner. Employees at the restaurant were really great and attentive. They were always available and very kind to the kids.

Upon arrival we learned that the aqua park access is not included in the price of our " priority" room with half board. The safe was not included either...payed extra for that. We had to ask for our room towels to be changed...not done automatically. Floating devices suddenly forbidden in the pool...after 2 days of using them ?! Kids really appreciated that one.

It has everything food, good facilities, great view, but among everything the staff make it wonderful

Nice little apartment with everything you need. Coffee maker and little kitchen to cook. Great for kids. Pools, splash park and the beach is so close and amazing. We chose a room with a view and it was beautiful. Staff is super friendly.

The Good: Breakfast had varied selection. omelette and fried eggs cooked fresh. Fruit offered was good. Range of pastries and doughnuts available. Restaurant Staff friendly and accommodating. Water park close by and our apartment was a good location for the pool, restaurant and water park The pool had a nice vibe. Not too overcrowded and pool bar and music. Kids club staff were great and organized activities for kids and adults every day Apartment - good shower. Kitchen and fridge useful when you have a child. English tv channels appreciated Beach was not busy and very close to the hotel. Relaxing and pleasant. Deep sea diving instruction available. Supermarket very close with a huge range of items

The Bad: “British” Sausages were bad. Toaster slow and either didn’t brown the toast or burnt the toast no in between Dinner had variety but not much taste but can’t expect gourmet food all inclusive. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress in main room was also hard. The apartments didn’t have many windows to let the light in. Felt a bit dark at times. Phone did not work so had to use our mobiles Hotel location is 30 minutes drive from airport. We have a toddler who couldn’t travel in the taxis without a booster seat (legal requirement) so we called the hotel to help with the transfer but no one answered. After 3 attempts we asked Iberia Air for help and they luckily had car seats which they happily provided. There is not much to do outside of the hotel. Apart from the beach there were no other restaurants/bars/activities close by The Ugly: Very slow checking in. Old process of manually typing in our passport numbers etc and then asked us to complete a form which repeats the information- passport number and credit card! Holiday tax added at check in and we paid for dinners too but they could not charge in one lump sum had to be processed separately delaying check in. 15 minutes check in (at least) You pay for water park tickets separately but have to go to reception each day for them to physically put the wristbands on your wrist. Odd and it took 10 minutes to convince them that I wouldn’t be reselling them or giving them to other guests. New systems needed! Finally - on our last night we could not sleep because the hotel had decided to hire the football pitch directly opposite our apartment to local group to play football at 11pm! A couple of times the ball slammed into the bedroom window where our daughter was sleeping. We called reception to ask them to turn the lights off and stop the game and he said they would be done in 20 mins. An hour later they stopped. We were later told they had paid for this time slot! Not a great end to the holiday

The kitchenette area was quite tired and worn although clean. There were no hooks anywhere so you could not hang towels or coats up. Also only one mirror in the whole apartment would have been good to have a mirror in the bedroom

The rooms and apartments were amazing :) clean, cosy, well equipped.Beds very comfortable:) staff very friendly, with smile on their face and very helpful! and also, huge BRAVO for the kitchen !!! Food was AMAZING ! muchos gracias Carema Club Resort !
